Someone mentioned in one of the threads, so I thought it might be. Anyway, legality ke baare mein sirf hum sochte hain. This surrogacy itself is illegal since Kuhu does not have her own child and MishBir have not been married for 5 years 😆

It is Mishti's but I thought surrogate will have some rights. In the US, in some states, birth mother has to release rights again after baby is born.
