As for acceptance of the drug problem, it is precisely because we don't want to accept it that we are revolting against it. I have children. One in high school and I know what goes on there. Tell your kids to stay away from drugs forever. Smoking, alcohol and drugs are waste of money and health. I have worked with addicts. I have seen intoxicated people misbehaving with people. As an ex hotelier I can tell you we forward details of such guests to every other chain and sometimes their family and office too. Your personal and professional life goes for a toss.

I remember during my college days alcohol was sold in black to college students. Some used to do drugs. It was a common joke that you can get anything from back gate of a particular college. It was not common as now. But we used to have anti drugs programmes regularly in my college.

I agree as long as there is a steady supply and they have it in their system (which these people can afford), they can function normally. It is only when you are in withdrawal, it starts showing but that phase never happens in the public eye and they probably never go in withdrawal because again they have a steady supply. Their brains sure get fried, maybe the random nonsensical tweets are testament to that!!

they would also rest in their homes consuming vitamins, 5HTP and copious amounts of bananas and when they're crashing so public won't see that either... but there are a few actors (one in particular) who looks like he is in perpetual comedown LOL

Who is that?? I dont follow these bollywood celebrities and have great contempt for most of them, so dont know!!

Why everyone is surprised? It is common knowledge that cocain and other hard drugs are common in Bollywood. Weed is common everywhere in the world.

we can not really put all blame on bollywood. I hope police finds out real drug dealers who provide it than consumers.

Just curious as to how do they work or give interviews if constantly under drugs ? Most of the a-listers give politically correct answers may not be smart answers but still correct. Wouldn't the drugs lower their inhibitions or atleast the fear and make them give bold or bad replies.
