Just saw the episode, I also feel like the aag was done for three reasons: Kalyani will be hospitalized for a few episodes (so Reem can shoot the music video), this will be a good reason to shift back to AN now that renovations are done on that set and ofc, we'll get to see Malhar taking care of Kalyani.

I still feel like in all this mess, Malhar wjll blurt out something to Anu or Swara saying he didn't kill Kalyani. I'm seriously wondering what the heck happened 5 years ago that Anu has done a complete 180 when it comes to Malhar!! Like she knew him longer than Kalyani, both also had a mother-son relationship, and she ALWAYS gave him the benefit of the doubt or else if someone treated my daughter the way he treated Kalyani during their first marriage, I would have lost all faith completely.
