Vahi na she knows he is already gone out of her control. Tabhi toh cheenne ki koshish kar rahi hai Ani ko. She has to act bimar, accident prone, walk like chudail on terrace to grab his attention. Like if he really loved her she wouldn't have needed any reason to keep him with her and make him feel guilty

And this proving Bondita badmaash will also backfire on her i feel. Ani will go behind Bondita then to convince her for studies. He will think she has potential but sorf badmaashi kar rahi hai, so shayad khud maidan mein uterega Bon ko padhaane ke liye😆
