Malhar never expected that if his kalayni was alive she wouldn't come to him. That's what his resenement is now like she didn't turn up for five years or would have never turned up if not for aayi and let him live in the guilt of a murder for life long. How would it be Kalyanis fault if malhar had been punished for shooting her?! Its only because her body wasn't found that malhar didn't get punished. If she had died, malhar would have still been"falsely" accused because everyone thinks he shot her and he didn't deny it till now. So as a police officer, it was on malhar to figure out in these 5 years ki body Lyon nahi mili. But I guess his mental situation was so bas that he didn't do anything except this "marriage" with avni.

Ab ye toh pata chalega only in future ki malhar ki Kya majboori hai. But even then the only thing Kalyani knows is that she was shot, fell of a cliff and almost died! The only person in her life who would be able to find the truth about if she really died was malhar n he accepted that his wife was dead.Baaki including anupriya pe anyway she had no umeed for such things. They are all useless. Kalyanis raabta is with malhar. Anupriya is always shown as powerless and useless.

Why kalyani didn't come back to Aurangabad right away to look for Anupriya is not explained . But I guess we have to assume that she tried and failed at finding her family so she left and took time to grieve, recover and decided to make herself independent and focus on her career so that she can use her IAS status to search for her family. She didn't return to malhar because she had no reason to. If she thinks her husband blames her for pillus death and he shot her, which 19-20 year old will think that she should go back to the same guy?! If malhar was mentally traumatised so was Kalyani....and I don't want to pick a side because pre leap I loved the kalma jodi but post leap based on everything in the show so far my sympathies definitely are with Kalyani.i can't understand malhar and Anu's POV at all so far.

No one is taking sides. We are just analysing from the other person's perspective too.

From what happened to her, It's understandable if Kalyani doesn't want to go back to him because he shot her. She didn't keep tabs on him. She only searched for her mother. It's all fine.

Five years of not wanting to find out means she moved on. Moving on doesn't necessarily mean with another man or woman. It can be in terms of getting over a bad or unwanted situation too.

Then after 5 years there's no point in feeling the love for the same man who according to her shot her because he considered her responsible for Pillu's death.

Why should she care if he is demoted or if his health is not good?

Why should she feel bad if he's being insulted?

Why should she bother if he has a wife and a would be kid?

That should give her pleasure to see the man who destroyed you, being destroyed slowly.

She is in a good position now. She got her family back. She shouldn't care about the man everyone in family including hersrlf hate.

Instead she's shown to be feeling bad about him forgetting their Raabta and not waiting for her.

She is confused.

Life changing situations take place just in 5 minutes, 5 hours or even 5 months. Five years is too long to expect no changes.

If she really wants answers she could even utilise her position and find out professionally.

Well planned I won't take it that the writers who made kalma doesn't know how malhar is supposed to behave when he see kallu after 5 years

Here malhars emotional factors are hidden from every viewer and he is shown in bad light we are really able to think he moved on never cared for kallu so does kallu believes that
