If audience did not have a problem with the Maya and MJ's past and the current dynamics before, then that may change now. At the end of the day MJ is Maya's Father in law. the fact that he misses no chance to feel her up or spy on her and Rudra, it is downright creepy. What they are showing now is sexual obsession and voyeurism. It is definitely expected from MJ but cv's should reduce it because we get it now.

They were so focussed on getting the steps correct that it felt mechanical

In the olden days they had special choreographers who taught them the whole routine collectively, isiliye they could pull that off, like in the Witcher but abhi ek couple dance with simple swaying bhi chal jaata hai😆

Agar bade log kaam karne ke saath dance bhi sikhte hai then it's a different thing🤪
