They will probably but Aliya will give them a little push ... I think Sadia doesnt know about Aliya when Umair comes to appologise

Sadia Ahmer reconciliation is unlikely in the sense of them getting back together. But then again there have been dumb endings for some dramas so you never know; I really hope not though.

I think Sadia shouldnt end up with anyone and shes raising her baby with the help of her mother.. showing that she dosent NEED someone.
