Yes it's possible aaliya falls sick and both umair sadia go to hospital together. We may get some emotional aaliya sadia scenes as well as umair aaliya scenes

Aaliya may ask both to promise that they will work on their marriage and look after the baby.

I also feel Ahmer may say that I have given you time despite living with you in same room,why would you think so low of me,that may open Sadia/umair's eyes....

That's possible. Hopefully her dad to should see zubi truth..for how long can they show him accuse sadia and side zubi. What kind of father is he?

Ahmer may blame sadia too but may be the seeds of doubt will be planted in his mind if he hears some part of umair sadia fight esp if he hears that they were never married happily.

I don't know for sure but I think it won't apply if you are pregnant and once lady delivers the man has to divorce properly for it to be valid. Like I said I don't know for sure. But I feel and hope before he says something rubbish either sadia will faint or his own mom..

They have to show umair doing differently to ahmer, otherwise what's the point?
