What do you mean by reborn?

 I thought bindu  miraculously healed after Amar told her he loved her and Meghna just named the baby after Bindu? At the end in the train bindu said “you named your baby after me and when I have a baby I will name her after you”

nothing is missing - its just that meghna madam was fond of Bindu Madam and hence named her child as Bindu so that she could see a child like Bindu
