I guess engagement. Remember there was spoiler article where they had written that Meenu will throw a party where she will ask Mishti to apologise to Kunal due to Mishti insulting him.

I think uska part is already happening in the next episode in the shop where Kunal will feel insulted by Mishti's presence. Fir apologise shayad meenu voh party wale event mein karne bole Mishti ko.
