Neither is Karthik as smart and sly as his dad KK, and Siddhant is definitely not seedha-sadha like Prabhakar. 😆 And to top it all, both Karthik and Siddhant holds genuine affections for Anushka who will be add an interesting tadka to their dynamics. 😆

Based on what KK said to Kartik, the equation according to me should be
KK:Kartik = Prabhakar: Sid
KK is very sharp, shrewd and aware of what happens around him. While he appreciates Sid's talents, one thing was made clear in today's episode that KK kept Prabhakar by his side because of his intellectual capabilities and not necessarily by his ethical nature. He recognizes the same sharpness and intelligence in Siddhant and hence the advice to Kartik to keep Sid by his side. U could see the subtle hint of surprise in Kartik's reaction when he hears the reasoning from KK regarding Prabhakar.
Even if Kartik is mediocre, and if an intelligent man like Siddhant helps him make the right buisness related decisions as an advisor , just like Prabhakar advised KK, then Kartik would be successful , is what KK implied.
Sid's comment about loyalty did not go unnoticed by KK. Will KK create a situation where Sid will be obligated to remain loyal even if he does not want to ...just like Prabhakar, as Prabhakar was helped by KK in difficult times. Sid is a kind of person who wouldn't care if it did not work to his benefit...unless of course Anushka or Purva is involved. KK might get Sid- Anu or Kartik-Purva for his ambition...waters( Sid's loyalty) then will be tested ! Guessing again😆

" Nawab Ka Heera" , Ashok was present and refused to greet Prabhakar.
Note- Prabhakar was a State prosecutor who had accepted bribe and as a result the then government had lost the case and had to bear serious consequences. Was Ashok a part of the then government ? Why do these folks not like Prabhakar?

I feel he is making use of her position.(like KK used Prabhakarfor his benefit)...predicted by Ridhi after the litti chokha episode. In the process his genuine feelings are surfacing!
