All these days I was only and only feeling for Sona.

I was quite angry at Dev for behaving stupidly and then rudely to Sonakshi.

Time and again I've said that Dev took a wrong decision, and he'll repent for it afterwards. He broke the heart of this girl who loves him unconditionally.

But, as I thought about him, if someone loves someone the most in the whole show it is actually Dev loving his mom. He can give upon anything, believe me anything for her. And we saw that!

He gave upon his love. He loves his mother to such an extent that for her happiness, he may sometimes hurt others. Which is wrong ofcourse. But we cannot take away the fact that he can see anything and everything but not his mother being unhappy.

It made me think that what condition Sona is in, right now. Dev will have to go through it and that'll be for his mom.

He'll be getting a shock of his life sometime or the other. And believe me he won't be in a controllable state.

We've always seen love, love and love from Dev to his mother. Even when he broke up with Sona he didn't fail to repeat that his mom is his God and will remain to be so.

Whenever there is blind trust and blind love there always comes a let down, Sona has faced it and Dev will have to face that too.

The woman he worships, he can give give away everything, he can give away his love, he can go to the extent of breaking his promises, hurting the girl he love ,would give him a let down for sure.

I'm not defending him for what he did with Sona. I know it was wrong. But this post isn't about that at all.

I agree with you on this... He has sacrificed his only happiness in life for his mother. Though this doesn't justify his actions and those rude words to Sona.

But i somewhere feel for him too.😭 Actually i feel the pain of DevAkshi.😭

I agree with you. Although what he did to Sonakshi is not right, he proved that his love for his mother is beyond everything , even the girl he want to marry.

Dev proved that he loved Sona so much that he refused to marry Natasha and lost the biggest business deal in his life. Even he totally changed his personality from that Dev we know in beginning.But he always mentioned that no one is equal to him compare to his mother and he worships his mother.

Aparently yahan Dev ko kam hi samjhtey hain sab loll..and thats sad really sad ..I simply take in one way All life his mothr sacrificed for him gave up on lot of things and its time for him to give up on his most precious possession of life and he gave up..(i m not considering any fair /unfair reason here) ..whats so diffucult in that ..How many times have we seen a son doing so..he destroyed himself for his mothr but he did what best possible thing he thought he could do..since god can not b everywhere so he made mothr..& he did it for his god

he broke his promises he broke her trust he broke her dreams heart..without thinking twice..its unforgivable ..coz this relationship was his resposibility too..but he failed in it..and he will now face the consequences ..As simple as that

I dont consider what dev did by choosing ishwari over sonakshi was wrong

Dev will hurt a lot, he will suffer a lot. But the reason people cannot sympathize with him (this is true for me at the moment) is that he caused this pain for himself. It was his choice. But in Sona's case, he is making her go through this pain.

Irrespective of how people see him today, he is still a small insecure child when it comes to his emotional capacity and ability. Even with Sona, whenever he has known she is angry or upset, he has gone and waited for her in the rain etc just to make sure she is not upset anymore. He has always been anxious and insecure about losing people. And now, when he came so close to losing something as important as his mother, all rationality flew out of the window.

My annoyance with him if the fact that in the end it turned out that he could not even see in his mother what even Sona could see. She knew Ishwari did not approve of her she knew that there was something wrong. She was skeptical. Even at that stage if Dev had realized that there indeed was something wrong, they could have decided to take things slow, handle it some other way. But Dev's blind belief in his mother and his inability to see things for what they are brought them to this point today.

We on Indian television have never seen something like this. Atleast I haven't. Correct me of I'm wrong.

Whenever we think of a "love story" whether on television shows or even hindi movies, there is one thing that both the Hero and the Heroine love each other the most in the world.

We will see the guy fighting for his love from everyone, from his family etc etc. Which is very good to look at.

But when it comes to real life..pheww.. it isn't that easy to go against your family and marry someone. And I've witnessed it.

My elder sister was in a relationship with a guy for 4 years or so but the guy failed to convince his family, coz they were of different castes.

I asked her how about they both eloping and getting married and she just laughed and said that in real life it isn't that easy, to go against the people who gave you this life, your parents.

She said that she wants her parents to be happier than her when she gets married. My sis is a a strong independent woman, someway like Sona.

She is happily married now, touchwood.

Okay So what I wanted to say was, we have never seen something like this on Indian television and this is a major reason why we are going mad and calling things to Dev.

Yes I still feel that he didn't take the right decision. One thing that he should have done is "atleast try" and that is where his mistake lies.

Today, I thought to give another look to the story. And even I don't know what all I've typed.

To me till now , he didn't broke his promise and he still loves her and there is no other girl in his life. He refused to marry Natasha for Sona.

Yes he did wrong to Sona ,broke her heart and dreams but Sona knows the place of Ishwari in Dev life from the beginning . Dev doesn't believe in god for him his mother is everything . So Sonakshi should have to ready for that situation when the time Dev has to decide to whom he will choose. All the thing became wrong because of Devakshi miscalculation about Ishwari. Right now she is angry on Dev but after sometime she will realize that Dev is true to his words.

I think their separation will be temporarily and they will rekindle their relationship but will have wait to get approval from Ishwari as shown in the promos before the serial.

wow.. finally i get to see one post where some one thinks like me 😊 . Same here, i too don't feel Dev did anything wrong in choosing his MOM- his " GOD" over sona. even during the break up conversation, he very well made it clear to Sona that its DEV - son of Ishwari talking to her and not her " lover Dev". what he said makes sense, if he could not take care of a relation that lasted from the time of his birth, how could he possibly keep up his relation with Sona.

At this point in time his only concern to get back his MAA and make sure that she is happy. nothing else matters to him!!!. That does not mean he loves Sona any less, she will still remain his soulmate and he will SEEK her ( based on phone precap, spoilers). The breakdown and shock he had when sona said Goodbye Mr.Dixit says it all.

All he said was " Ab hume alag ho jana chahiye." Yeh nahi kaha ki " hum kabhi EK nahi ho sakte"... i know, i know i sound like an idiot here and all the team sona guys will start bashing me up for this.

As he once said, it takes a minute to break something but ages to build. he now has to work even harder to build their relationship all over again and gain back the trust.

some where i have a gut feeling that it will be either Sona's dada or Bijoy himself who will see this aspect of Dev and help him in winning back Sona.

I am more inclined to believe it will be Bijoy as i see that he has a great quality to read a person rather than take him at face value.

We have never seen such show on Indian TV.. it is true..

Which show has shown breakup in 1 episode? I can tel you .. Dev will think of breaking up then he will plan to develop hatred in her heart then he will have a plan and will be seen wth another girl and then Sona will still believe but finally in they will be sen in bed (all clothed under blanket) and then Sona will start hating.. 3 weeks assured :)

The one Good Bye Mr Dixit from Sona was so powerful .. so painful.. this is - LESS IS MORE...

SONY is on game changing path form 8l30 to 10.30 PM...

Agree well said people are seeing this break up only Sona pov it's unfair he broken her heart, he is not Man enough, he is so harsh towards sona and I agree he is being jerk and insensitive and he have no right to do that and this all emotions we are feeling because we are seeing things in sona pov. If we saw dev pov his mother is God for him. If his only existence happened because of his mother. If it's not his mother woh paidha hi nahi hotha when his father died single handly she raised 4 children. Give them food shelter good education. Give him strength to to move forward in life. Motivated him to become a big person in the world. His mother stand with him every aspects in his life. If he is now Mr Dev Dixit the business tycoon is because of his mother only. He worships her for him there is no relation, no love, no one is bigger than his mother. His mother happiness is important agar jaroorath pade tho he will give his life to make her mother happiness. As he said if agar main ek beta hone ka rishtha nahi niba paoangi tho aur rishthe kaise niba paoangi. He made promises to sona but before that he promised his mother to he always make her happy . I am no way justifying his behavior towards sona. The girl don't deserve this at all. In fact no girl don't deserve this. The poor girl is given her 100%to this relation. Now she have nothing to give And now it's time Dev give his 100 %to this relation. It's not wrong to love a mother want to make her happy. But what extent you can give it. There is boundary to every thing .you can't cross the line. Now Dev should set his boundaries what extent he can give his mother happiness. If her mother say kill the person did he going to kill that person because it's make his mother happy. so now Dev babu yes make your mother happy but sometimes become selfish you can also get some happiness for you.
