Nagpur Today: Mitali Nag, in an exclusive chat with Nagpur Today, said that she is a television actress and singer. She is one beautiful lass who is mainly recognised for her lead role in Zee TV's popular show Afsar Bitiya. She has gained a huge popularity after the serial. While reminiscing and recollecting her past, Mitali told Nagpur Today that she always wanted to become a singer and carve her niche in the music industry. Mitali claimed that she has her own All Girls Band' called Teen Musketranis'.

Mitali is a graduate in English literature. Mitali Nag hails from Nagpur who made her debut with TV Serial Mano Ya Na Mano' and Wanted-High Alert'. Mitali is one very beautiful and gorgeous woman with a beautiful face and an equally beautiful voice. She has also dabbled with her melodious voice. Mitali claimed that she has rendered a background song Kaise Jaye Guzari in the film Ebn-e-Batuta.

Before the serials, Mitali hosted many reality shows like Bol Baby Bol on Star One, Music Masti and Dhoom, Khelo Gao Jeeto and Airtel Desh Ki Awaj etc. She claimed that she was one of the top 26 semi-finalists in the X-Factor.

The dusky and stunning Mitali has finally found true love in interior designer Sankalpp Pardeshi and got married to him on November 9, 2014. Mitali Nag is a perfect example of a Virgo woman. She has guts, has a will power and determination to do anything and everything for the people she loves.

While explaining her point of view about the proverbial Casting Couch' and the other pros and cons of a career in films and serials, she said that Casting Couch exists in almost every field. It is all in the hands and the will of the girl. Her vehement No' to compromise can save her from the casting couch. She added that if one does not send signal that says She is desperate for a role and will do anything for that", she will not be put in a situation where the girl is abused physically.

In her message to the young girls from the city who aspire to become models, TV serial or movie actress, she said that one should be confident of her talent. One should never take everything for granted. It is going to take a lot of hard work to reach where others have reached today. She added that one should have a reality check and analyze oneself from various aspects viz. physical appearance, acting and singing talents, the career specific training and other in-puts necessary for the career etc. Just getting motivated by watching an actor or an actress is not going to help since one has to work really hard, have tremendous patience before one reaches where the present actors or actresses have reached.

One more important thing that Mitali expressed was the fact that one must take whatever is offered to him or her instead of waiting for their dream role.

While answering to who is her favourite in Bollywood, she said among old stars Rekha and Rajesh Khanna are her favourites while among the new actors Salman Khan, Rithik Roshan and Ranbir Kapoor are her favourites.
