btw it can be a doctor , may be onir suffeing a major disease and he doesnt want to inform purvi as purvi can be hurt so he hiding it but may be doc is onir friend and he want to inform it . so

no he wont dead but he may be thinking it and doesnt want to inform purvi but when purvi will come to know then she will fight for onir . and will able to recover him . this will lead to confession then a new life start .

I think Kal Ho Na Ho type kuch hoga..thinking he will die he will try 2 reunite, he will create misundestandig beween him n purvi coz he know purvi wont leave him..acha ab bimari socho..
