About Archit been suddenly trying to become friends with Jugnu is , it was not Archit who initiated it, it was Pranati herself saying Archit of him not properly meeting Jugnu, it is then when he said that he is gonna be friends with Jugnu and to develope a bond !
If he had the intention of manipulating Pranati before itself he could have tried to develope that bond. He never tried that, and in the before episodes Archit and Pranati's relation was also not so smooth from the time when Pranati started ignoring him, it was only after that call they were back to normal , so it was obvious that they were back to normal of being frnds and Pranati asking Archit about not meeting Jugnu properly and him trying to develope a bond.
