This episode was brilliant. Zain Imam totally stole the show with his emotions. Aditi was good as well, but the focus of this episode was Zain. I love how he's so expressive with his eyes and it certainly helps that he's got beautiful eyes.

I particularly loved the boxing scene where he gets tired and rests against it and he closes his eyes and then slowly opened them again. It was so beautifully captured and it really made me want to cry for Neil.

There were many beautiful things in the episode today that showed me that the writers are doing their homework. The jewellery store was a parallel to them meeting for Rhea and Neil's engagement. And then there was the scene where Neil broke down infant of his car- again reminded me of when he cried listening to Ali telling Avni to get out of the marriage.

Speaking of the jewellery store- I loved (!!) how Neil could feel Avni's presence like he did while he was in Kashid. Again, beautifully incorporated by the writers.

Mowgli's truth finally being out. Yes! I've been wanting that for a while now because it's super unfair to keep Neil from knowing about his child and it's definitely not fair for this cute little boy.

I loved the way it came out; in front of every, which means no more hiding and out of the mouth of Mowgli- it was so innocent and so heart touching as well. I loved how when he got hurt- the first person he called out for was his Mumma ( like we all do!) and I really really loved that Avni's focus was not on the fact that he had called her Mumma in front of the whole world but rather in making sure that her son was fine.

** Aquib was there as BD- ugh. It honestly took away from the focus of the scene for a second... Honestly, major scenes like this should not be shot with the BD. It distracted me for a moment and brought me back to reality and that's not what you want in an episode like this!**

Back to Zain in that scene- his eyes! I can't stop gushing about his eyes. Damn boy!

Speaking of the upcoming custody track:

The OLV showed Neil taking Mowgli away for 1 day, but the precap is also showing Neil starting the legal battle for his son.

I was super excited for this track yesterday. Sharing a child with someone is a huge connection; especially when the parents have their hearts in the right place. Neil is angry right now ( rightfully so) but I can't help but trust that once he spends more time with his son and he'll see how much his mom means to him that he'll think with a cooler head. This is when I hope we'll get the Khannas being the rational people here. I'm confident in Prakash but the other 2 ladies, I'm not sure of anymore.

With more of the legal stuff coming, I'm concerned about something- how is Avni going to manage this? She has no money anymore. Her lawyer is a puppet to Kamini.

Is this how Avni finds out about Kamini's intentions? What does this mean for Mowgli?

From Soni's IG, there's a picnic coming up. Will Mowgli and his parents attend? Do we get some lighthearted scenes there? I'm really hoping so.

Neil needs to see Avni and his son together in one frame. He needs to see their bond- his heart needs to start melting somehow.

I actually felt more for Avni today.. she has no real support ...sunehri and Mowgli provide a little . You can see from her dream she really wants Neil,to take her back. It's going to break her when he takes her son away. She's had so much trouble in her life and it never ends ...now this evil Kamini is also plotting . Avni needs some peace in her life soon. Hope we get to see her happy in a few episodes before the show ends.

Liked Avni tearing the Check Neil gave her...she understands his sentiments n rightly herself will not intervene or stop Neil marrying Mitali...he needs to decide what he wants...he wants Avni to hold on to his gifts but he is unable to forgive n get back with her n now knowing Mowgli is his son...custody will be his way to hurt Avni as she hurt him by breaking the MS which was his lifeline as Mowgli was hers in last ten years

Waiting for Mowgli to question Avni tomorrow why she lied to him about Neil n why the Avneil n him Khannas can't be all together

Will Neil even stop n think why Abi went with new name Neilanjana while having lawyer prepare the papers...hope CVs given an explanation- Avni 10yrs journey needs to be told

Yes when I saw her getting ready today I was like wow this girl is really serious, she did remind me of Juhi neither of these women love Neil. Avni is the only one who has loved Neil wholeheartedly, the sacrifices she made for him and for the Khannas no one would have done. I know right now she is being stubborn and she is wrong to keep their son away, but we know she had her reasons we know she has her insecurities and that becomes a reality when Neil indeed files for custody. Again we cannot blame Neil though, he does not know why Avni is pushing him away because she is not telling him so until she does he will show he can be just as stubborn. Neil will fight to be a part of his son's life.

Neil may hurt her but he will not let anyone else hurt her. He will break when he sees Avni break. I think Moghuli will help. Moghuli will not give up his mom even for Neil and that is where Neil may not be able to win. They will have to find a common ground to work.

I think the anxiety and how we want AvNeil to behave is making us like and hate the current episodes. But the current track is exciting and will work wonder for TRP because we all are anxious to know when and how AvNeil will reunite.

I feel the same, Avni is going to break under the pressure of losing everything. Avni is already a mess living without Neil but to live without her son too its just going to be too much to handle especially since Kamini is after her. I think Kamini will unintentionally play a role in reuniting AvNeil.

We are all eager to see AvNeil reunite but we knew it was not going to be that easy since Neil is unaware of why Avni is staying away from him and now that he knows she hid the fact they share a child it is only going to infuriate him more. Mowgli will be their common ground though, cooler heads will prevail.

Its what I am hoping that Mowgli will force Neil to think with a cooler head, Mowgli is the only one who can give Neil insight into how Avni lived those ten years. Mowgli and Sayesha have both brought this up in the past but given Neil's anger he is not seeing that at all, he is still looking at Avni as someone who betrayed him and moved on without him.

But Avni is also very hurt. You saw that today. Even though she told Neil to move on she did not think he will move on. The fact he proposed to Mithali is making Avni burn. Plus to end up at his engagement, can you imagine what this girl is going through.

Neil has erupted. He will erupt more with Moghuli's discovery. But what about Avni. She still has everything bottled up.

I think today's episode purposely focused more on Neil's pain than it did on Avni's. The previous episode showed how much this girl is hurting, she was not the least bit happy learning Neil actually proposed to Mitali. When Avni had that flashback of Neil saying he loves her and how he would love only her, it is what she lived on. Avni cannot endure Neil moving on with someone else and Mitali rubbed salt on the wounds of a girl she knows is not over Neil by a long shot, she knows the same for Neil. You would have to be blind to not see Neil is still in love with his wife but Mitali just does not care.


I completely agree Avni needs some peace in her life soon but so does Neil, they both need to be freed from this pain neither deserved to suffer so much.

I've always also thought he has beautiful eyes. His eyes are quite a strange colour. Sometimes they look black brown, but most of the times when you see his eyes they look like a yellowish-gold brown colour. His eyes are super striking.

Bang on post though to be honest the BD bit did not bother me, NK does not have time on their hands and its difficult to shoot so much considering Aditi was away for IPL so I understand some scenes its bound to happen. To me Zain left his impact in this episode, if there was any doubt about what is going through his mind that was cleared today. I felt for him completely the same goes for Avni who in the previous episode proved what she said is never what she actually meant. Avni has not moved on and never expected Neil to do the same.

You asked a very valid question how is Avni going to fight this battle? Her lawyer is corrupt she is running out of money so will Neil and Avni catch onto this? Will they finally see that Kamini is behind the events that are happening to Avni? In the latest OLVs someone tried to kidnap Mowgli and I am sure Kamini is behind this.

I am sure Mowgli is going to play a crucial role in Neil melting, he is going to be forced to think with a cooler head and he will see traits of the Avni he loved. I am sure we will see traits of Avni in Mowgli just like we saw traits of Neil in Mowgli in the previous episode. Mowgli is going to show how much he loves his mother, he will not take kindly to anyone hurting her. The same way Neil cannot take anyone hurting Avni it is the same way his son cannot endure the same.

It is times like this where you really do miss Neela but Avni is not alone I am sure Prakash will stand by her. Prakash is going to feel for Avni because he was the one who said Neil would not take Mowgli from her but look what's happening, he does file for custody and her fears are coming true. I wonder where Bebe and Shweta will stand in this, a part of me would understand if they are furious with Avni but another part of me hopes they don't become her enemy. Avni just does not need that in her life right now, yes she was wrong but this girl raised her child as an orphan for ten years. Avni never even gave him the rights of her son, Avni's life has been anything but paradise these past ten years.

Mowgli has to be the one to give Neil a reality check, he is the only one who can do so.

Either scenario would be justified to be honest because she did do wrong and its the job of those who love you to call you out. One thing for sure Neil is going to be furious and he has every right to be. Avni was bound to face his wrath and I think Mowgli will witness this which is why he clings to Avni and refuses to go with Neil.
