Tonight's episode was amazing!! I thought that flashback would be Avni's dream but it was actually Neil's flashback. As expected Neil goes jewellery shopping with Mitali but he is the least interested and this scene is worth watching because his eyes were only on one person - Avni! Neil learned Avni sold the bracelet he gave her and bought it back.
The flashback was <3, seriously this is the AvNeil we know and love here the bracelet being symbolic to the handcuffs and Neil wanting to hold Avni captive the dialogues totally reminded you of his proposal! Beautifully done!
Neil returning Avni's bracelet, his dialogues proved exactly why be bought it back for Avni. It is killing him inside thinking those things no longer have meaning for Avni but he couldn't be more wrong, Avni is still madly in love with him but like Neil she too can be extremely stubborn. Sunheri is facing the same ordeal Khannas face, that is the fact its difficult to get through to both!
The Tadap Tadap song that played on Neil was perfectly apt with those flashbacks of AvNeil and the scene where Avni breaks the MS. You saw firsthand exactly what Neil was going through, beautifully executed!!
Mitali is delusional, I was giving her the benefit of doubt but she is no friend to Neil she is selfish and her dreams will crash and burn. Mitali has proven Avni is indeed irreplaceable because Avni is selfless in her love, she could have fought for her rights, she could have put her haq on Neil like he so badly wants but she hasn't because she knows why she made those sacrifices in the first place.
Prakash, if there is one person the new writers have done full justice to it is this character! Beautifully written, he gets Avni and Neil and his prayers were indeed answered here. I am so glad to be proven wrong and see the truth did come out in this episode itself. It must have been a huge weight off Prakash's shoulders when Mowgli revealed the truth, Bebe and Shweta now realize he knew.
This episode belonged to Zain Imam, he just nailed it! His pain, his anger, his love, the turmoil within him and of course the complete gut wrenching shock of learning he has a child he never knew about. I cannot wait for the next episode, it is easy to judge Neil but can he really be blamed for being pissed off?? Avni had no intention of telling him about their son, regardless of her fears she was denying him that right and that was wrong. Neil has every right to be a part of their child's life, he has every right to have those moments that he was not able to have during those ten years. Neil's ego is at play here but Avni's is no less, they are the perfect match for each other and I do believe Mowgli will cause cooler heads to prevail here. Remember Shweta spoke about common ground not too long ago? Well this will be Avni and Neil's. Avni and Neil will be forced to work through their problems because they have a child who needs them both, this stubbornness can only take them so far.
