They have such great chemistry. The producers are blind to overlook this.

If the makers feel there is insufficient budget or resources for a sequel, I don't even mind if MB2 (with same cast) is taken as a weekend series like the mythological shows during 90s/early 2000s.

If the format was like this, I think even more people would tune in due to the excitement factor, having to wait for the weekend to watch it.

Personally I feel there is much content left for the sequel, which was previously not explored in MB1.. Shantanu-Ganga, stories of Pandava Vanvaas, moral tales told at the hermitage (side stories), the post-war events following Stri Parva, what happened to Dwarka, Pandava's other spouses/children/Pariksit/Janamejaya, Krishna's family etc. Lots to explore.

Totally agree. I really want to see their post war story. Draupadi's relationship with the Pandavs and their other wives/kids.

That would be so cool to watch! 👏 If they have a sequel with these remaining stories, it could really stand out as most movies/series on the Epic finish with the end of the war .... but the fact is that real life doesn't .. it goes on. The people in MB continued living with the wounds (not just on the outside but in their hearts). That's why I always feel sad during the finale of MB (when Rohit/Yudishtir is on the throne).. they look so sad, having lost so much to get there.

Like you said, it would be interesting to see the dynamics and conversations between the Pandavas, Draupadi and the other wives and children. Different perspectives and shades. (being faithful to the Epic of course)

I just love it when makers include details in a show . Sometimes they are very subtle but it's so clever the way they insert them.

I forgot, they should add Yuyutsu in the sequel too.

True Yaar. There are so much things to be explored. Post Coronation also there are many things which can be explored like how they got over the things (I mean obviously they couldn't got over the war throughout their life but after a some point of their live, they moved on), how they handled the kingdom, obviously war cost a lot, not only in Hastinapur or Indraprastha or Panchal, whole Aryavarta participated. Ashwamedha Yajna, Arjun's fight with his son and all.

Rohit said once, he got PTSD after the serial. He used to get nightmares of war, it took a good time to be okay, so just imagine what real characters had to go through, infact it's written Yudhisthir was in depression.

There are many things they can explore.

Yes. They lived together in Indraprastha too.
