of course... hey thanks yaar!!!!! yes of course anyone can vote.... this was just an appeal to all those punjabis who love punjabi music but do not make an effort to vote.....i think he sings veryyyyyyyy nice adn traditional punjabi songs. I want him to sing "charkha" song from his own album..... he will rock.....

did you read the whole thread, she/he gave the reason for particularly pleading the Punjabis to vote. These "folk" songs are the ones we grew up listening in every festival/occasion and listening to them makes us emotional and nostalgic, so she was asking the Punjabis to vote for Lakhwinder. There is nothing sinister about it.

She did not tell the non Punjus to not vote for him.

and what's with your condescending tone? yeah please remind us once again that its all about the "singing"..

i think akbar ali from sufi ghrana is the best.... i am also voting for him as well as for wadali...... so please, i am not trying to promote regionalism..... i know people in the US like wadali after his 2 albums came out.... so i was just trying to tell them to vote if they like as they can...... i think akbar ali and the other guy who didnt get visa for 2 weeks i guess..... he is good too....
