So in the end it was Abeer's dream.
He imagined Amla forgiving him because that was his biggest desire before he left. Knowing that Amla still hates him and still believes he raped her, kills Abeer a little more everyday. Despite everything he has done for her and her family, he knows that it is still not enough for Amla to forgive him.
Even as Abeer was leaving, his eyes only sought Amla's face but it was maaso who came outside to see him off. But little did he know that Amla was watching him from the shadows betraying the fact that his leaving did make a difference to her. if she didn't care, she would have been sleeping soundly in her bed.
Manno is is adorable in his love for Abeer. The little boy's tears couldn't fail to touch you as he was distraught at the thought of his phoopaji leaving him. But he made Abeer promise that he will be back soon. As he held onto Abeer tightly, Amla came out to take him away.
But as Abeer turned to leave, he sensed Amla watching him and he swung around desperately hoping she would stop him. But she didn't and he dejectedly watched Amla walk away.
Before he went, Abeer had left a letter with maaso, asking her to give it to Amla when he had left. Maaso gave the letter to Amla who tried to comfort her by taking her hand but maaso would not let her, in a way blaming Amla for Abeer leaving. And Amla knew that, asking maaso to understand but maaso too needs time to come to terms with the fact that the man she regards as her son has left them all.
But even as Amla contemplated whether or not to read the letter, her thoughts went back to Abeer again and again. Despite her trying to convince herself that she has nothing but hatred for Abeer, her constant thoughts of him betray the fact that somewhere he has touched her heart.
Dev nearly found Ambeer today. His desperation and obsession to find Amla is bringing him closer and closer to her. Luckily Anisha managed to take him away in his drunken state before he managed to shout out Amla's name and discover Ambeer.
In the pre-cap, Amla tore up Abeer's letter without reading it and Dev discovered Abeer at the airport where he took out a gun and shot at him. Another dream?
