Molestation is taken lightly on show

Do makers even understand what is molestation?

How serious these charges are?

I mean you cannot put false molestation charges on any man even in a company and get away easily

You will lose job and never get job in another company if you lie

If you are caught lying on this the woman will go to jail on non bailable warrant for years if man puts case

If a man is accused he will never get a job again in any company in life. Forget all that he will get rigorous imprisonment for life not a simple term

In this show molestation is getting thrown around so casually

First Kushi than netra are putting such allegation and spoiling another innocent man reputation

If you keep on showing women getting away doing such things than who will believe a woman when something truly happens?

Why did RV leave hotel? Call police do alchohol test you will know hes given sleeping pills

Than police know Netra trapped RV and arrest her no

Instead RV left for home of all places

He should go straight to police not home and file false molestation case charges on Netra

Also put blackmail, intimidation, threat, false charges, damage to reputation, conspiracy to malign, criminal intent , honey trap etc all charges on her and get his blood test done than go anywhere home or back to party

That shall serve ppl like Kushi a lesson of life and Monisha too

RV is too innocent human - no wonder woman like kushi, netra, monisha play him like putty

Any other business man they all would be in jail for life if they do all this to him

I am not really sure how Purvi will save RV now as hes hell bent on delaying and destroying evidence that shall prove him innocent

I am sure Monisha will destroy CCTV of hotel etc all evidence on his favour

Indian TV shows (especially Balaji productions) are irrational. Serious crime charges are thrown around to be dissipated whenever ML/FL chooses to do so. Police and side characters do zero due diligence to find the real story.

sexual assualt/molestation as a plot device to extend the story line is especially disrespectful and I have already seen this in this season

• Jassi tried to molest Purvi during her sangeet (Ashutosh's BP).
• Monisha/Netra used fake rape charges to trap RV.
• Khushi falsely accused RV for molestation to get out of her wedding with him [We may find someone else was real culprit but RV was accused of molestation for sure].
• [Found out through SM] In previous season, Maya trapped Ranbir in exactly same fashion.

I don't think Businessmen are supposed to be ruthless and act immediately even if they are drugged and not in their senses but they will definitely have support staff around them to not let them be in such position. They dont need a spouse to cover for them. The support staff will act fast & throw the other person in such huge legal mess that will not recover in their whole lifetime, only option they have is to settle out of court if businessmen is actually guilty.

Now coming back to Purvi saving RV, this will happen. If i go by the pattern, Monisha never wins any round ever. She may get upper hand or win a few sets but match always goes to Purvi.

• Monisha' plan to ruin the RajVir honeymoon. She landed in jail.
• Monisha adding rat poison in food in Ranbir's wedding. RV declares his trust in Purvi & proves her innocence. Purvi starts getting soft towards RV.
• Fake currency exchange: RV reiterates his trust in Purvi & Purvi is in almost in love with him.
• Monisha drugging RV in hotel: Entire hotel siege by terrorists group & Purvi saving RV.
• Monisha bringing viper in the house: Purvi get the title of Rakhsa Kavach.

The solution will be filmsy and might involve Jassi. He got the room right next to Netra's room for a reason. Netra might flip when Purvi gets hold of her. Monisha's cover wont be blown but Netra is short term player, she will be exposed as she used a fake identity.

What you are saying is very true. All this big business menand even power full Vice Presidents or CEO/MD/VPs types have support staff. Even if allegation is true the woman will be brow beaten to take back case or proved false using all means. And no way any woman in india atleast given social fabric and society in asia will dare put such allegation on rich and powerful men as they know consequences. Everyone will gang up on woman even if she is right. Very rarely a woman will dare to come out with allegations and we all know what happened to Me too allegations in india or world. Hardly anyone faced any consequences or proved correct.

Even big singers/actresses lost jobs putting such allegation and boycotted by entire industry and lost their jobs rather than any man facing consequences. Here its false allegation if it had happened in real a army of lawyers would jump in to save RV. Purvi would not be required in real life. But all i am saying why again and again RV getting such allegations? Because hes innocent and woman know they will not get consequences by putting such allegations on RV is my point.

Kushi actually lied on RV because she wanted to not marry Rv as hes not so rich as armaan her new BF

We cannot deny that woman like kushi and Netra exist who will put false allegation to threaten men or get some leverage in real corporate scenario

But usually thats very very rare

they must show kushi getting consequences later on

Someone like RV in real life with so much money and power no woman will dare put false allegations in asia atleast

This tme do not want RV to keep quiet like Kushi times and bear allegations he needs to lern to fight back and prrotect himself rather than wait for Purvi to help him like always

Serials do have an impact in way ppl think society think- if you show women gettng away putting false allegations, even when real allegations come ppl will think its false

So ideally serials or movies should not just show false allegations for TRp sake or stroy sake and never show consequences

I agree with your views.I had pointed out earlier also that a prison merry-go-round is going on in this show.Serious charges whether it's regarding to fake currency or molestation are being thrown around like some darts on a platter.

First Purvi goes to jail now RV is gonna go through the jail routine as if that place is some sort of amusement park as treated by the CV's.Why are the CV's repeatedly using this jail-drama only they can answer about this?

My point is why is the law repeatedly getting involved and if they are involved then why are the cops not being able to nail Monisha for the same whether it's with regard to Food Fiasco/Fake Currency or the current molestation drama? What's the point of law being used repeatedly as a weapon when the actual culprit itself goes scot-free every time.

This does not happen always in real life.

Monisha hired Netra to do her bidding and RV who before his wedding with Purvi was shown as some sort of an intelligent guy now believes whatever is shown or said to him.Netra told him that she was the daughter of some tycoon and RV without checking her profile believed her why?

Next what the CV's will bring that Purvi is involved in some secret plot to destroy the country? Is this a Saas Bahu drama or Savdhaan India?

If not then why the law as a subject is repeatedly getting involved in the show?

Getting back to RV the guy seems to have forgotten Khushi for all the hell she put him through? If Netra can trap him this easily then Khushi can also revive the same trumped up charges.

I had pointed out earlier also that RV in his revenge mission failed to extract the proof of his innocence from Khushi.Purvi might save him today or tomorrow but the original drama of RV getting revenge on that Khushi for her misdeeds has been lost.

I don't disagree with your POV that if TV shows a character doing criminal acts, s/he should be punished by the court. Movies still have the luxury to show such things as there we usually have a time bound scripts. Indian TV is an endless tunnel where they cant afford to send the main villain behind bar for the crime s/he committed & reset the story by bringing in a new villain with a new motive (they will exhaust all the motives in 3-5 tracks). This pattern will only improve if ever Indian shows moves to the format like western drama (or pakistani/korean drama) with 16-30 episodes per season & follows 3 act rule of conventional drama.

Here we already have obsessive lovers for both leads, Jassi & Monisha. Until RajVir wedding, Jassi was able to show up at her house or other venues to cause problems, Now most actions needs to happen at Malhotra house and Jassi has no way to enter the Malhotra house so cant show him scheming and give him enough screen time. Only Monisha can do both laughworthy tricks like swapping salt container with sugar at Mehra's dinner & elaborate scheme like molestation accusations.

The problem is with writing

They started off with RV revenge mode marraige to Purvi

If they had continued revenge for some months it would make sense

Later on Rv could see how good Purvi is and fall in love

To increase TRP they suddenly made RV nice to Purvi suddenly after marraige which audience had not expected

Now what does RV want is confusion - does he want revenge on Kushi or to just love Purv forgetting past

In bet this mOnisha has made his and Purvi life hell by playing games

In order to make monisha successful in games they have made RV dumb

IF RV remains clever like past how will Monisha or Netra or Deepika win in their games or Jassi for that matter

Purvi was anyway innocent from start and cannot see thru anyone except Monisha as shes competitor for RV

Problem on ITV is ML or hero has no scope hes there only to worship FL or fight her to move story to leap etc forward

ITV shows never show story from ML perspective ever

That is why all ITV story start good than go bad as story starts with ML being strong person

After marriage to prop up FL they make ML weak and dumb and stupid and spoil full story

This even happened in historical shows like Jodha Akbar - to prop p Jodha they made Akbar dumb and stupid human who always needs FL to save him from enemies

SO RV is not even a real person like Akbar will they leave him free

This KKB3 is basically Raj Vansh life story - others are supporting characters including Purvi, Monisha, Kushi etc

If they had kept story from RV perspective it would have made sense

But they have to prop up FL and vamp and villan Kushi etc so story is messed up basically now

The real story has gone for a real toss - Rv getting revenge from Kushi and Armaan
