Krishna- from initial promos to NOW!!!

I was talking to Sejal about initial promos of this show... Aur ab mujhe yeh sab disect karna hai... I am weird like that...

First Promo:

First, Woh what beautiful promo yaar.. kithna colorful tha...

And where is this Krishna music.. Yeh toh show mei kabhi sunai nahi diya!! Song went something like, "Re mhare.. san san...Re..Aayi.. aayi... krishna!!..". Sorry..Fill in the blanks jaisa lag raha hai hai na?? poora sun nahi paa rahi hoon... While we are crying for some nice music everyday..

instead of only the end part "OH OH OH!" pura gaana suna na.. makers!!

The title is Krishna is coming soon!

That means Krishna was ALWAYS the focus. And this line

"Meri Bhai ki khushi aur izzat ki thi.. aur mai apne bhai ki khushi ke liye kuch bhi kar sathi hoon."

"Krishna behan ka farz aisa nibhayegi ki duniya mei raakhi ki paribhasha badal jayegi"

So, let's just hope this Krishna comes to the show soon. Aaj toh dissapontment ki moorat banke aayi hai.

Krishna ne yahan pe toh easily accepting dikhaya gaya hai!! Ithna bhi jhooth nahi bolna tha yaar!!

Gomath to gomathi nadi banaya.. woh dialogue likha.. toh. serial mei bhi toh use dalna tha na..

Again.. 2 promos showing Krishna and mohan's bond. Aryaman is still not shown.

Promos were really beautiful

I guess Krishna will come around slowly. What Mohan is telling is not easy to accept even for educated people. It would be weird of she accepts everything readily.

And in promo she night not actually know what Mohan is speaking about. She had told tujhe jo banna hai ban. she may be just talking about bis dreams.

But the tagline Krishna behen ka farz aise nibhaegi...... shows she will accept him wholeheartedly.

I have to say their promo skills are very very very bad. I don't know who is cutting it. They miss all the positive sides of the show that can grab attention and cut gheese peete promos. I mean professor ke upar ek promo daalne, krishna ka mohan ko ghaseetke leke jaaane ke upar. Par nahi divorce pe daalna hai promo

I think they are purposefully not concentrating on Mohan story in Promos... They are using Krishna-Aryaman to attract others to the show.

Maybe they felt it with initial promos..Maybe in the promo survey, they found out that majority's interest piqued only when they showed Fahmaan. So maybe they are cashing on that.

Yes, I also think they are purposefully doing that. Mohan's topic is unconventional. Many people may not feel connected and comfortable with it. So, they are using Aryaman and Krishna's promos. I think a lot of people are more interested in Aryaman and Krishna's love story than Mohan's gender identity crisis.

Yes, I agree with false marketing. Initial promos showed Krishna accepted Mohan's truth. However, that didn't happen in the show.

I think they intended to showcase more of Krishna and Mohan navigating the crisis on their own before Aryaman steps in, but like you said, majority of the fanbase is from Fahmaan's previous shows and watch for him, so they changed up the plot to fit that too. But even when Krishna was scolding Mohan in Dwarka itself, I felt like it was more of a fear of what more the others might do to them (the father and brothers are notorious for their abuse, what with burning her leg with that log too and beating him up with the belt, they might even murder if it goes against their sensibilities), rather than her being completely against something she does not understand and/or was not aware of. Her only thought is to protect Mohan, just like Mohan always wants the best for Krishna. Happy that they are still showing that they are growing confident with their identity and not succumbing to society as of now.
