Arohi slaps Arjun. A stunned Arjun stares at her, whilst she continues to say that that is her reply.
In the present/jail - Ganga interjects – stating that effectively on their first meeting, Arohi slapped him. Arjun agrees that that is how he initially thought too, but as time passed he realised that in fact, it was the first time she touched him (chooooo chweet! 😳).
Arjun continues to relay his love-story … Arohi continues her verbal-attack until Arjun stops her very cutely by "shushing" her (a definite-must see!😉). He then tells her that he could also slap her back, but he doesn't want to ruin his hands, instead he will ruin her life! And as leaves, he tells her that this is a day he will never forget, and will ensure she doesn't either!
Antra and the driver's son (who were watching from afar) reach Arohi, but by then the police inspector also appears, stating that he will now have to arrest Antra. As they begin to plead, DK Punj appears declaring that he withdraws the complaint; the poloce inspector begins to explain that Arjun has filed it, when DK Punj assures him that he will handle Arjun himself.
DK Punj turns to Arohi and apologises on Arjun's behalf; however, Arohi stops him, and apologises for her own behaviour towards Arjun. DK Punj dismisses the incident; and they leave.
Arohi and Antra are walking back, when Antra loses her balance and hurts her ankle. They rest on a nearby bench. Antra questions Arohi as to why she always makes mistakes – Arohi tries to explain, that it is not necessarily her, she needs to understand that there are bad people in this world, who misuse their position/power (ie. Arjun) and then there are others (ie. DK Punj). However, she is sure that Arjun will also suffer in his own way; he will find someone who will make him cry. (premonition?😉😃😆)
As Arohi and Antra reach home, they are met with a crying Sur. Bua explains that their dad fainted on learning about their going to the police station; Arohi asks if the doctor has been called out. Poorvi explains that the phone doesn't seem to be connecting; Arohi decides to go herself to fetch him. Bua warns of the bad weather.
The taxi stops, Arohi asks the driver, who explains that owing to the heavy snowfall, the engine seems to have shutdown; and she'll have to now find another taxi. Arohi flags down a car – the driver explains that he is unable to help her as he is heading to Lakeside to pick-up his boss. Arohi argues, and asks him to drop her there at least and she'll walk the rest. He reluctantly agrees.
Mr Mitthal and DK Punj return home and settle for an evening drink, when Mr Mitthal questions his earlier behaviour towards the girl who slapped his dearest son. DK Punj says that he won't let her get away with slapping his son, but for now he has to remain quiet in order to get her father's signatures (re: land); after which he will destroy both father and daughter.
The driver arrives – apologising to Arjun about being late. He explains how he was stopped by a girl – heading to fetch the doctor for her ill father. Arjun tells the driver that his father means the world to him, and he is sure other people feel the same; he hands his scarf to the driver and tells him to return to the girl and see that she gets the doctor to see/examine her father. In the meanwhile, he'll wait for him to send out the other car to pick him.
Arohi and the doctor are attempting to leave for Arohi's house, when to their relief the driver pulls up. He informs them of his boss's decision; and together they leave.
Arohi thinks/daydreams over the fact that the mystery-person first helped the puppy and now her father; and wishes that the person gets all he ever wishes for.
PRECAP – Arohi seeks her father's blessings for her first day at work, hoping that she is able to uphold his teachings/beliefs.
