In the Indian Telly Awards that aired on Colors TV this Sunday has left many fans upset and miffed.The award show was heavily edited.which was quite visible to viewers. During Best Actor (Popular),Rajat Tokas and Gautam Rode were called on stage as they won the prestigious title of Best Actor and both are good friends who are cordial with each other. Rajat Tokas statement that he got 5 awards and Gautam got 3 awards has irked many,who felt that Gautam was insulted on stage.In the entertainment world comparisons are often done and it's healthy competition. Gautam and Rajat started their career in the same year. While some have seen Gautam and Rajat boding in Gold Awards this year and Rajat didn't throw shade at Gautam but did a healthy comparison,which is often done in the industry.The video more over was incomplete,confirmed a source who attended the function.

thnks for the article. yup often the award functions r badly edited. honestly colors had crossed the limit. 1st bcoz of their stupid PR rajat was bashed by media, then yesterday they published a tweet which said tht RT is going to host which was either a lie or his hosting part was edited & now this. they literally used him for TRPs & then tried to damage his image amongst media & fans. & since he is a blunt guy its always easy for the audience to become judgemental about him.

The fact that Colors tried to sully Jalaal's image was evident. A month back there was a video (by SBS) that said, RT threw a tantrum, and had a guy, stop the media from shooting his arrival to the function, but, later it was revealed that the guy was Colors PR.

The fact that RT is reclusive with media doesn't help.

But, at the end of the day, these people may soil his image, but, can they take away his talent? We fans love him for his acting prowess and his on-screen persona, the fact that off-screen, he kicks people's a** instead of kissing it is not our business.
