After watcing today's show...I would agree the show is ruined and a total mess. I like Shaan as a singer and probably one of the best playback singers there, but i would never like him to be a judge again.

I watch the show only because I love music and like to watch good singing.

Thank you for reminding me of Aishwarya. I just couldn't remember her name. Personally, I think Anwesha is much stronger than Aishwarya. Aishwarya's voice has a kind of artificial sweetness that somehow just doesn't gel with me. Anwesha's voice is more natural and much more powerful. But that's just my opinion. Everyone is entitled to have his or her own.

Shaan is very biased judge, I would never like to watch a show in which he is one of the judges, I like Shanker he is a good judge of all. I also like Asha Bhosale as a judge, she is very talented and not afraid to speak her mind, even if she comes on the show as guest judge.

Vashali and Sanchita are constantly given lower marks.

Sharib, Shreeram and Aneek have been singing Geesai Peetai songs which people like "Bhulla ki Jaana mai Kaun" etc..the song which is easy to sing and is main stay of Pakistani singers.

Anwansha is given preferred treatment by Shaan..after she did very badly in first few episodes she was given the pass and didn't come to one of the episode was given time to recoupe (It has never ever happened in any other show, unless somebody was very very sick, even contestants with temperature and obviously bad throat were told that they had to compete)..she is very medicore..just wondering where is Ashwairya who won aganist Anwansha (sorry Anwansha fans) I liked Ashawarya magical voice more than Anwansha's..

Shaan is the worst mentor and the judge..very very biased towards Anwansha..even arranged to have her skip one episode to recover from her poor performance..

I am glad Sanchita left the show, why should she participate so that these biased judges can use her to make money..

The best singer Vaishali is not even in top six..She is way above most of the singers on the show..she won many times when Shekhar was the judge (the best and most fair judge)

I fast forwarded most of the show, cannot listen to same songs again and again..

I was listening to Rehman singing in this wks JJWS and, needless to say, I did not agree with the points awarded to him. To be able to sing these songs by Mukeshji with so much pathos in one's voice is a quality in itself worth appreciating.

Rehman, in my humble opinion deserved at least 34-35/40. Vaishali's outburst was a penting of her intense frustrations and, sadly, instead of trying to cool things down Sharib was allowed to get away with speaking to Vaishali in truly a boorish fashion as if saying " abbey foot" (sorry about the language used by me).

There have been posts regarding the popularity of the show itself. It's low TRP's points towards it. The reasons behind it have been discussed in great detail in the forum by other members and, I will not delve into them. Instead, I will end by stating what in my opinion can be done to make these shows popular.

The Challengers are scared to speak out, judges have immense power, on the show and outside the show..

Vaishali gave an example how Sharib was totally out of tune and all over the place and was told that his singing was good,,Shantanu gave a very lame excuse, he made no sense..

A performer always wants to get highest appreciation for his/her craft no matter how good/bad it is. So evaluation for that from others will not always be acceptable to the artist. But when someone is on the chair, you gotta respect that otherwise dont participate at all. Its up to the judges on what parameter they judge, on that note, shantanu was right.

Vaishali's example was lame, she should talk about her last performance instead of bringing previous incidents because thats all matter. And quite frankly on last day, she was not good at all. She should have accept this fact that she was not up to her potential in this show specially whn needed most and leave gracefully.

April2007, without knowing anything pls don't comment about Anwesha that Shankarji did not tell this that "Anwesha is the best singing reality talent after Shreya Ghosal so far" look at the 3rd page where bamooshoot has posted a video of MKMM show, I don't give any fake news like u, so pls don't comment like this.

To me it does not matter which MD said what abt a contestant unless it came from a legend like Jasrajji or like people...
