THis is a fake show and true singers like Nihira, Vaishali, Irfaan etc are treated unfairly. Has anyone noticed how the judges have constantly underscored them?

I felt bad for Nihira. She is a good singer. I saw her somewhat enjoying the show today. She is usually very quiet and lost. What I think is Nihira should develop some kind of positive attitude and then participate in these shows. She definitely has talents but she needs that killer instincts sometimes to succeed.

These shows are just for entertainment and exposure. She is a solid singer and exposure reminds NRI's to bring her over for their next puja o Marathi sammelan events. She is talented and this is a viable career for her. I am not sure that we can say the same for Rehman!

Destiny is something we can also make..

Purusarth and Prarabdh = Hard work & Destiny both work hand in hand..

Can't make excuse by blaming it on destiny.. I know we can create our own by working hard and making it possible..

Nihira needs to change something within her to be able to survive in this doggie dog world..Her singing alone can't do it. There is more which is required to survive.

BTW her singing was below par but I still think it should have been Rehman eliminated and not Nihira. I like Rehman alot too..

There are much more mediocre singers in this contest while a superior singer like Nihira eliminated and Singers like Vaishali and Irfan on chalanger side..Shame..

Nihira sang badly. So did Rehman.

I'm more disappointed in Nihira though, because she has everything required for such a song - sweet voice, emotional maturity, solid training. But she still didn't give it her all - she missed the notes, she missed the emotions. Why? Very disappointing.

Rehman on the other hand had to sing something completely outside his comfort zone, so he had a valid excuse for missing some of the dynamics of the song. Though I am very disappointed that he did not fix his accent, as Swanand correctly advised him to last episode.

Nihira deserved to leave this week.

The only ones who seemed to have really worked hard this week were Sharib, Sanchita and Vaishali. Special credit for Vaishali because she went against her style and still gave a superb performance.

Exactly what I was saying that talent alone does not make you win. She has to have the Attitude that I have to WIN the show.Nihira is too soft a girl and does not come out as a fighter.Sometimes it happens ...one of her bad moments but we all know she is a good person and and an equally good singer.Good luck for her future.

You and most old time members know me as Nihira's hard core and long time supporter...But I have to be fair and write honestly. It is about time and so I have...

She is a sweet and low profile young lady...Comes from a very good family and is well trained..She has to change with the time...

My best wishes and loads of blessings will always be with her...

nihira sang 100 times better than rehman...yes her singing was bad but she was still better than rehman ...then why eliminate her??????and comfort zone is seriously not an excuse...who asked him to perform outside his comfort zone if he cant...he deserved to be eliminated a long ago...his songs like that of kurbaann was so very below average performance yet he managed to survive while we had singers like torsha and nihira going

Nihira was off pitch. Rehman wasn't. Nihira -1 v Rehman 0

Both missed the feel of the song. Nihira -2 v Rehman -1

So of course Nihira should go.

And comfort zone is a very important factor. If Lata Mangeshkar fails to sing a Michael Jackson song, nobody should complain because that's not her comfort zone. But if she fails to sing a romantic filmi number then that's a cause for concern.

Also, Rehman's Kurban Hua was outstanding. He proved the power of classical training in that song.
