That was the name of the theme for this week😊

Alka yagnik as a guest judge. For once, i liked her on a show👏

Aneek sang very well, except,i thought he was abruptly ending each line, so the singing seemed jerky, expressions and feel were very good. likeee😊

Anwesha was brilliant, loved it totally👏

Irfan sang with effort, it showed, the ease in his previous songs was missing, but a lowest score of 24 was shocking😲

Sreeram sang very well, i don't know why the judges did not like😕

Sharib was fantastic👏superb modulations, with an attitude which the song needed, he stole the day converting a bekaar song , in my opinion😆, into something wow👏I actually liked it more than the original😃

Crazy show!

They called sanchita and Akanksha on stage and made Akanksha champion based on votes.

She sang quite well, though her voice sounded sharp for this particular song😊

Highest scorer was Sharib and adding Alkajis points at the end, irfan went to challengers side😳

The big question that arises, do we need judges for these shows anymore?😡

Show after show we have seen/ heard them give judgements like accha gaaya, feel kam tha etc etc. That is the kind of judgement that is expected from ordinary folks like us, Infact, i feel we can give better comments😆

All these eminent , respected folks who have made a name in the industry after a lot of effort, lose all respectability once they come on these shows. Is it worth it, the amount of money they get to make a fool of themselves, literally.

Nowhere ,except in both CU , to some extent, have i heard any kind of comments, related to singing.

If any of the judges feel any thing missing, should they not point exactly what, where have the singers gone wrong or in diction? It is their duty of the judges to sing the portion where the contestant has gone wrong, so that the contestant can be educated and also the lay men watching the show.

These judges do not want to share their knowledge, in case, the student gets better than them. That is the feeling i get. may be wrong. Sharing is caring, since, they don.t share, i feel they do not care

I feel cheated everytime i watch these shows, because i expect something better😳

BTW, Asha Bhonsle will be the fourth judge on Indian idol, this season from the gala rounds.

Hope, there will be less ego clashes and more singing and knowledge sharing and less drama.

If wishes were horses...😆

I felt ,

Aneek- he was good but there wasnt any X factor in his singing as Alkaji had pointed out before the start of the round

Anwesha - she was fabulous , though at some points her voice sounded a bit harsh .

Sharib - very smart move to select this song as it dint have much 'kaarigaari' to do in terms of sur at least . all you had to do is manage the correct attitude and he excelled in that .Effortless singing i must say

Irfan- clearly he wasnt at ease he usually is , may be becoz the song itself was lil difficult . still dint deserve the lowest scores

Akansha - It was actually very good , I liked it very much. its nt easy for 15 yr old girl to match her voice and expressions with 25 yr old heroine but she did a good job , correct use of proper tone n voice modulations

Shriram- if this hasnt been a play back specific round then this wud hav been considered as an excellent singing but since the main moto of the round was too match the attitude n expressions with person on screen, he lacked in it . His voice throw was less than it required for this type of song

From your post it seems that you have not watched saregama l'il champs all your requirements were covered by Javed Ali it was a show par excellence in terms of quality of singers and even judges Alka Yagnik was the maha judge and her contributions were noteworthy too.
Singing wise this show is not bad agree to some extent the judges sound like 3 idiots maybe instead of inviting celebrities from the creative field they should invite music teachers or those who have a flair for teaching, creative individuals are usually lost in their own world and to expect them to enlighten the lay audience is like asking for the moon, what say .
They are here to enhance their popularity and the MOOLAH !

I don't understand this type of statement from the judges or anyone at all. In the tere mast picturization, Salman isn't picturized singing the song- the original RFAK vocals are background vocals with some random, crazy picturization. So both in Irfan and Sreeram's song, there is no lip-synching that can be matched by the singer. So it's just really stupid to say it didn't match Salman's expressions.

Thanks sushruta for pointing it out, was thinking the same😆 Twice the judges commented that its very tough to sing a song for salman khan, did not get the point, though i found it funny😆always thought the song made the star, not vice versa😳

Didn't particularly care about yesterday's episode and didn't like the songs that were sung. I liked the girls better this time. Anwesha was brilliant in this new genre of song. I've always heard her sing classical songs or soft soulful songs. Was worried about how she would carry off this song. But she was very good.

Akanksha was a surprise. Really enjoyed her rendition.

Out of the boys only Sharib showed the energy required in the song. Rest of the performances were dull.

Alka is a great judge. It was disappointing that nobody sang any of her songs. Or Shaan's songs.
Sharib - 8.5/10
Akanksha - 7.5/10
Sreeram - 7/10
Anwesha - 7/10
Aneek - 6.5/10
Skipped Irfan so can't score him.

I don't know how Akanksha got more audience vote than Sanchita! I am so angry that she's a Champion again. She's not that great!

I'm so sad that my Irfan is a Challenger again. I really want him to win so badly, so I hope he becomes a Champion again next week!!
