I don't want to lose weight. Instead I want to gain some healthy weight that I lost after covid and all the prolonged illnesses/after-effects. I've become too skinny and the annoying thing is all the weight that I'm gaining after eating and not doing any kind of exercise is on my tummy only🤦♀️🤦♀️ I want it to spread uniformly, and to not just give me fat stomach 🙄🙄
I wanna quit sugar to see how it affects my skin and overall health. So jealous of Hellu's skin, and I want it toooo!!! And good hair.
