Finally after two days, makers have given the Ranvir we want, non-creepy, non-psycho yet grey at its best.
Today's episode showed Ranvir to be non-defensive of Kabir, a Ranvir who will be using psychological games & not psychological abuse essentially. He will be doing things so that Aanchal see the actual difference between both the brothers more clearly. He wouldn't harm Kabir or Aanchal but yet swiftly try to create significant differences between them.
As for today's episode, Sarika is second wife of Mr. Raichand. She is neither Ranvir nor Kabir's real mom. It is likely, Ranvir might be Sarika's illegitimate son & that's why Ranvir is always able to get through her. Kabir's real mom died when he was 5. Sarika after that used to work in Raichand industries & subsequently got married to Mr. Raichand. Both later adopted Ranvir from an orphanage. Ranvir would then have inherited this nature of his from his mother.
Kabir will be getting married to Naina as she has faked her pregnancy & attempted suicide. Aanchal herself asks Kabir to marry Naina.
So, Ranvir will be getting a partner in crime, Naina, as Naina wants Kabir & Ranvir wants Aanchal. Since Kabir loves Aanchal, then Naina would want to get rid of Aanchal & there will be Ranvir who would protect Aanchal for himself, yet not allow Aabir to be united at any cost. (It's possible Ranvir has brought Naina knowingly & had asked her to fake pregnancy to get her married to Kabir. This way Aabir will remain at a distance for mutual respect for their respective marriage).
Only thing is Ranvir never proposed to Aanchal nor was Aanchal aware of Ranvir's romantic feelings, yet he thinks that Aanchal should have chosen him first and not Kabir and that clearly is obsession & stupid. Why would a girl choose you if there is no sense of romance between the two whatsoever.
I want this Ranvir, who is cunning & manipulative but not psycho, abusive & dark. But past 2 episodes have already done the great damage to this character & it will not be possible to redeem it again to the original level. This could have been easily shown earlier rather than showing it after marriage.
