I just read the Instagram comments. Makers are not even seeing the point & are so ignorant. They think all of the fandom is bashing the show in a fortnight. Rural audience doesn't even watch Sony shows especially shows like Haasil. They only understand the Saas-Bahu dramas. Sony shows are usually made for Urban audience who like new content, especially the youngsters.

And why the hell on earth do they have to compare every f**king Indian show with Game of Thrones. Game of thrones isn't made for every audience. It very much has the age restriction on it. Indian conventional audience will never be able to watch such a show with family in next 50 years or even more. Haail is a finite show too they could show a concrete plot in this.

There is absolutely nothing wrong in showing a guy wanting to get a girl in his life by all means. But that is not what is being shown. Ranvir nowhere is a grey character.

AanVir could have been approached in various ways. Only if makers wanted to show AaBir as the endgame, there was no need to show AanVir initial chemistry. There was no need for Ranvir to be either the great saint or the complete villain. His character has 2 distinct traits- white & black, nothing grey.

Ranvir was never the conflict in the story. He although has become a conflict now since Aanchal is married to him. If Aanchal-Kabir had decided to stay together then in no way could Ranvir become a conflict. Aanchal-Kabir deliberately involved Ranvir amidst them with this marriage drama.

Difference between beyhadh & Haasil is-

Arjun first became Maya's obsession & they loved each other when they got married. Maya's own insecurity about Arjun-Saankh was the conflict. Maya proposed to Arjun first. Arjun-Saanjh remained as friends for a long time. Arjun became aware of Saanjh's feeling only after he got in relationship with Maya. Even in marriage Arjun remained loyal to Maya & was not evil to her in the beginning. Maya hated Saanjh because of her feelings for Arjun & she hated that. Basic of that plot was solid & justified. Though I would never justify her going on a killing spree.

In Haasil, Aanchal-Kabir love each other, are ready to be married to each other. Ranvir never proposed & Aanchal never rejected. Ranvir here definitely is the third wheel. He has madness that Rahul had for Kiran in Darr. Kiran didn't even know of Rahul's feelings. Going all negative is't the only way to haasil a girl, especially by a male lead.

Do makers call a husband slapping his own wife & then emotionally abusing her as a conflicted character. Or a husband abducting his own wife & even thinking of raping her when she is not senses as a conflicted character. No. These are the traits of a dark character. Are makers trying to justify Ranvir's goodness for not raping Aanchal when he visibly can. I hope not.

This is the problem with all the Indian show makers, they promise something in the beginning, then they give a completely different plot, they want audience to accept all the bullshit on the name of entertainment & creativity & when finally fans genuinely complain about the show, they think we are bashing & rudely shun the audience for watching the show when they have problem.

Gul did the same with IPKKND 3 & same is happening here.

And honestly I don't understand the fans who deliberately deny the fact it;s the day. Everyone with brains can see where the story is going & yet they choose to trust makers about a character that has taken 360 turn in just 2 episodes & is very much predictable.

We just watched Beyhadh & they still expect us to buy their excuse. Hadd hai.

In simple words - Ranvir is the main villain in AaBir love story

They labelled Ranvir as the main villain who is the hurdle of Aabir love story. I read all the comments, they are not ready to listen anything about the disappointment. There is one comment that, you wanted AanVir, if Aabir had married then u would be disappointed. What is the logic? Is this going to the AanVir way. Joke of the year. Ranveer here is the antagonist in the love story of Aabir, whi have to overcome this to unite.

I never read many of the articles prior to the launch. But from the first scene it was clear Ranveer was negative as he behaved like a God, too good to be true!

I always knew he was a psycho, and now it's been confirmed! Sorry to say the writing was on the wall. I don't know why people are surprised? Did they think coz Zayed Khan is playing Ranveer and he is Ex BW that this means he won't be negative? Even SRK has played psycho characters!

No offence but couple Shippers alone should not watch thrillers! If all you want is this one or that one as end game, watch SP, Colors and Zee shows! Sony is known for its different content! This is a finite series and people should know the writers are not going to litsten to couple shippers and change the story! I said this on the second week of the show itself! This story is already written and it won't change just coz of Zayed fans who can't see him play a psycho role! A psycho role gave JW's career a second lease of life and she even won awards and was loved for it! But not everyone can pull off what she did! How well ZK is recieved in this role ultimately will be decided by his performance and the audience!

Actually i was promised a character I would hate to love...not a character I would hate to the core.

Also please tell me whats different about this show? Cos I've yet to see anything new or different???

You know what's progressive (somewhat) and different, Rishta Likhenge or even Yeh Rishta on Star Plus (not entertaining things like Kundali Dosh).

This is not ship war or whatever...a lot of us have already said we wanted something different and interesting.

Not more abusive male leads as if there's a dearth of them in serials (both kabir and ranvir are) and a foolish airhead for a female lead (again we have many of her).

The only reason people care abt superficial things like ships at this point is cos this show has nothing going for it but pretty people. Plot? Nope, some incoherent script and very poor character development (more like character derailment) doesnt make for a plot. There's no thrill factor and abuse/sexual assault doesn't count.

People wanted Aanveer cos it was less toxic and more and better developed than Aabhir...it was a healthier relationship (pre wedding-ish episode). Had they developed Aabhir better then a lot of people wouldn't rooting for Aanveer.

Had they had a thrilling storyline instead of some garbage stuff abt kundali dosh, a .24 second love story and the girl being passed between two brothers like a parcel then we wouldn't be caring about ships soo much.

If you want people to care abt content and nothing superficial then you've got to serve content.

Is this possible that Aanchal will change Ranvir for good because this show is for RURAL...RURAL AUNTIES. So according to the tradition of our INDIAN SERIALS, female lead marries antagonist which later change for good and transforms into a good human being.
