Exactly, savi not being the centeric character is the problem. It should be her journey...healing from her past traumas, finding love again, recollecting her IAS dream and working on it. But as of now its all about rajat's ddp...and its really frustrating...

Makers can balance showing povs of both...like in hospital, savi also sharing her losses and fear to lose another dear one while rajat also shares his experiences...Makers are ruining the story in their stubbornness to copy whole yhm plot...

By the way, there's a beautiful ff named "Bridges and Barriers" on wattpad, just the way we want if anyone is interested...

But I miss the Savi who was centric role... and leading and story arc around her... propelling and going forward from her.

Do I want to see Savi get support and someone to stand by her yes... but not taking over like Rajat does.

Another thing my like of Rajat was going off during his illogic attitde harsh mode. Half of the time I don't even like how Rajat is in anger mode or how he talks to Savi esp harshly (more so after Kiaan bday party, after school speech - the most illogical stupid thing he said, and auction thing too). His taunts are not funny or comes across jokey until... only kinda these last week (more so from the noodle date scene) things have kind of settled between Savi and Rajat but it's still his ddp and so on.

Only really holding on & watching for Savi/Bhavika...

It seems like you're reading my mind... smiley31

I understand the viewers' frustration on seeing her changed nature but what's more baffling to me is how can people call a homemaker Aya/Unpaid Nanny? By that logic, most of our mothers would fall under that category.

Financial stability is a must but having a job alone doesn't make someone independent. I have seen educated, highly paid women cowering before their abusive in-laws while uneducated, homemakers have a backbone of steel and control their households with a nerve of iron.

Every person has a breaking point. When SaiRat died, Savi had her family. When the Chavans died, Ishan made sure she didn't fall apart. And then he was murdered right before her eyes, that too on their wedding day. I seriously don't understand how can anyone see a fault in her if she has given up on her dreams. Any normal person would lose their will to live after that. At least she tried to fill that void with kids.

She truly loves Sai and wants to protect her at any cost, what's wrong with that?

Coming to Rajat, I didn't like him that much earlier, but he's much more civil than the OG and that's why when he started to soften towards Savi, it became easier to root for them as a rude ML is miles ahead IMHO than an indecisive person who can't decide who he truly wants.

But like you said, Savi is the protagonist. They are focusing too much on Rajat and it's becoming annoying.

Since I watched YHM a long time ago, I can't remember if Raman ever had such imagination or not. But I'm pretty sure he didn't. It seems like Ganja makers' idea. I sincerely hope they make some alterations in Savi's handling of the situation because Ashka deserves much worse for everything she has done so far and continues to do so...

I get what you mean by sharpness or that thehrav. The edge.

Nowadays I'm watching on and off too, don't do whole episodes as much for the last month or so... so I've been feeling like this for over a month or so. I waited even to see Savi in centric role but no.

The way I see it you can have remakes and copy/paste all you want and enhance it... but don't take away the core ness of the FL and show (which is not a new show but a on-going show and on-going journey of Savi - the FL not the ML!!).

I'm all for her having family she never had. A husband and a in laws and are somewhat better than before (it's what I wanted for her) but let's not let the ML take over which he is in terms of story and ddp and his attitude and anger mode. Where is Savi and the story from her the protagonist... where is Savi's monologues and where are her big dialogues etc.

Not only pairing scenes matters but individual character arc too...

Big issue is Savi is not being made a protagonist or central main here!

And I feel more ppl are feeling this and thinking this too esp Savi not being centric and her povs.

I also think some ppl are ok with just pairing scenes and nothing else matters. A show just can't hang on that either.

Rajat's pain and ddp is getting annoying and frustrating and that so called anger he has continuously. And it's like Savi has to be his strength when really Savi second journey and love story needed the ML to be her strength, support and understanding as she has way more loss, traumas and heartbreaks. And then have Savi be his too in future or something.

What is that great pain of Rajat smiley37Wife cheated on him walked out live in with his enemy he is still running behind her 🤔

See they didn't need to make Savi infertile also just to make carbon copy of YHM it was done .Savi is nothing butva Nanny now . Whatever it is almost impossible to excel OG ...leave it at least do justice to the characters.

I feel Ishan's story they could have worked on , SA was good wasted his talents

I don't know about connection, but at times I feel sorry for him that he's stuck with a nalayek boy like Kiaan.

Contrary to that, Savi's character has a profound sadness rooted deep within - which attracts me a lot.

Season 2 was way too toxic and a love triangle is the biggest red flag for me. Which is why it never attracted me.

Season 3 still has a lot of potential considering the Thakkars are nowhere near the Bhosales if we consider toxicity. Rest, it's her story and Ganja makers better remember that. smiley7 smiley7 smiley7
