Stay Strong Fandom .
How is a fandom born? It's born out of fans who relate to their idols in one or many ways. So, the qualities or the lack of them one finds in idols, one can find in their fans as well. So, like Sidnaaz, we can be brutally honest, attention craving, sarcastic, comic, strong, argumentative, competitive and so on. We would also be sensitive.
We are extremely proud of every single moment of Sidharth and Sana on Bigg Boss. It was their journey through life and we see no shame or embarrassment in that. We have accepted them as is with all their eclectic tastes and eccentricities and faults and all their goodness and charisma too and that is the reason we are SidNaaz fans. We hope they too feel proud of their journey. And are proud of us who stand for them too.
The Sidnaaz fandom has been unique because it was not born of an onscreen fictional act, but of people being organically perceptive enough to understand offscreen camaraderie as raw as it was on a reality show where two people were as real as only they could be. We saw a spark, latched on, saw it develop into a burning fire bit by bit and never left, because love is truth and we saw truth in the relationship.
From facing bullying since inception from various quarters, be it from solo fans or from fans of other HMs, we learnt to ignore negativity over time. Over more than 16,000 pages to date on India forums, have we analyzed Sidharth and Sana, stopping just short of micro-analysis out of courtesy. We have always respected boundaries.
And so the Sidnaaz fandom all over grew into one of the largest couple fandoms in India today and probably the world too, if the trends on 13.4.2020 are anything to go by striking 2 million plus in a record time of 10 hours.
So, yes, we had expected that when Sidharth and Sana emerged out of BB house, there would be some acknowledgement for the fandom since after all, we had trended, we had hyped and we had drawn media attention to them through fan appreciation. I suppose a sense of entitlement had come in, perhaps false. That was a mistake to expect perhaps considering their unique situation and the lockdown, and if we cannot understand them, who can?
Of late though, there have been several third parties speaking on Sidharth's and Sana's behalf on Twitter and Instagram and my intention is not to name and shame, but everybody claims to "know" what Sidharth and Sana “feel”. Fans are often accused of parenting our idols, but it is these handles these days who initially came in as bearers of good vibes and have now switched to parental roles. When multiple supposedly insider handles indulge in moral policing on multiple issues, then, the going gets really rough and fandoms bleed. Long story short, stop the moral policing guys.
It's not us insulting our idols, it's the third party random handles insulting the fandom especially when there are seriously chargeable offences being committed online by some solo parties. The said third parties speak as if they have taken ownership of the actors and feel entitled to order around the Sidnaaz fandom by virtue of whatever self-appointed power vested in them.
Let Sidharth and Sana engage in open conversation with us if we ever fall short of their expectations. Coz all we have to offer is Love ❤️.
Acknowledging us or not is left to Sidnaaz, but I genuinely hope that they don't allow third parties to abuse our essence and spirit. We don’t need intermediaries to dictate the fandom, that too, contradictorily. That can also lead to a fandom bleeding away and their gaps being taken advantage of by miscreants. And that, none of us want, do we?
Stay strong SidNaazians. We don’t change who we are for third parties. Period. We shall continue to love Sidnaaz to bits and love them as they are ♥️

The opening sequence has some breathtaking camaraderie between Sidnaaz which is a down the memory lane sequence where Sidharth is clad in casual denims and Sana in a flowy navy dress which leaves us gaga and gooey dopey at the BB nostalgia they invoke- him handing her tea and an initiated and invited backhug from Sana A nose-pulling coochie coo follows a book reading back overlook- so beautifully captured moments from Sidharth’s pov! Looking back:
#SidNaaz has clocked 1 billion plus mentions on Tik Tok to date beating India’s biggest couple hashtags and several trends on Twitter have crossed 1 million and more within 24 hours individually and together and if India Forums is any measuring gauge of sorts, then with less than 65 threads dedicated to the couple - that's no less than 10,000 pages of discussion and analysis within a span of less than 6 months, exclusively for them, these two have been nothing short of extraordinary. They have been each other's muse and our muse as well!
The beauty of the duo lies in the fact that their journey was as organic as could be and the brand today is a product of their well earned journey and their hard work at making their relationship work, all of which was clearly apparent to the Bigg Boss viewer.
