All producers have contracts with channels they sell rights of their films to. But not everyone gets their films shown multiple times.

And please do not tell me a pure garbage film like Benaam Badshah can be shown SO many times on TV despite its vulgar subject and lack of success when it released. It is probably the shittiest film I have ever seen from a commercial star. But it shows many times on TV thanks to Anil Kapoor.

I can understand if films which are big hits like HAHK show many times on TV. Or some cult classics like AAA, Swades despite lack of BO success. But why would anyone keep airing garbage like Benaam Badshah?

For that matter Zee has really good relations with Ramsay Brothers also (thanks to Zee Horror Show that Ramsay Bros made for them) which is why their proper garbage horror films are shown even in day time on Zee Cinema.

Had never heard of this movie before.. had to look it up and found this on Wikipedia

If u listen to vividh bharti radio morning time they have a show aaj ke fankaar where they play songs of stars singers etc on their birthdays or even death anniversaries but on November 2 2021 they did not play SRK songs

You must have noticed Kamal Haasan films like Sagar, Chachi 420, Dashavtaram which used to show on Zee Cinema are no longer shown on those channels now.

Yes I did notice AIR, DD did not pay tribute to SRK or Aamir on their birthdays as they usually play songs of artiste on his birthday.

Most Aamir, SRK, Naseer or Kamal, Swara films are on Star or Sony now. Not Zee.

saagar is being shown on zee bollywood and zee classic primarily coz of rishi kapoor and dimple

even raj kapoor classics can be seen on zee channels

Something else that I'm finding super shady about Bony Kapoor is that he has signed Luv Ranjan's next film to mark his debut as an actor.

He has signed the film opposite Dimple Kapadia.

I have been searching for years and years and years and years for a single photograph of his late wife Sridevi with Dimple. I have never come across one.

It made me wonder what their relationship was like, did they like each other?

Both ladies were working together in the same industry from 1982 to 1997. Even from 1997 onwards, Sri attended award shows and events until the time of her death in 2018. Dimple was around in the public for that time too. But not a single photograph??

Also, they were both pitted against each other and were vying for the same roles.

And now, at this point in time, Boney is making his debut with Sridevi's arch rival. Something doesn't sit right with me about him.

IMO Raja ki aayegi Baraat and Benaam Badshah are the shittiest films ever made. Promoted 'falling in love' with the man who raped and stripped the heroine in public.

Both are heavily censored when shown on TV but are still vulgar. I had thought no one watches these crap flop films.

I was shocked when few years ago even a TV show was made on similar theme of rape survivor falling in love with or marrying the rapist and fans clamouring for heroine to 'reform' the rapist main lead. I feel Bollywood should never be forgiven for promoting such toxicity.

Judaai movie is a remake of a Telugu movie called Shubhalagnam which is an all time hit. Hindi movie somehow couldn't capture the essence of the original movie.Judaai comes across as a very crass film.
