Nope I disagree. Aloo had lot more star quality in her SOTY days than Tara and AnniePee in SOTY 2. Also, she had a cute aura back then which made her instantly popular among the teens. As for Shraddha, she had massive hype around her when Aashiqui 2 released.

I think TARA has same sparkle and X factor.. just her role in SOTY2 was butchered and messed up so Aniepee can shine.

Anyway, we shall see how things go from here- but even now tara has more talent than Aniepoe or Jannu.

Tara is really pretty but her current lineup doesn’t look promising. I hope she gets a movie to truly hit it out of ballpark.

I hope she has some smart advisers around her.

She really needs to mingle and make contacts within BW. maybe even ask Ayushmann/ Kartik for advice on how they've managed to 'break the barrier '.

I hope she reads IF. If she doe: tara, do a LOT of romcoms and here and there try find a good script from newbie director and do an Indie movie- romcoms will keep your Box office and revenue.. the Indie movies might get you the good roles you deserve. Stay away from KJo - he's set out to undermine non nepo kids..in a sly way. Give them roles yes, but then either butcher the role or change script or whatever...so his theory can stand and he can pat himself on the back.

And find yourself a good PR.. get friendly with the paps!

Ananya is anyday a much better performer than Tara, all reviews on Ananya says this for PPAW.

A good actor can shine in crappy role very well, we have seen examples before, so the paranoia of damaging her intentionally in soty2 does not weigh at all.

Moreover Ananya got such diverse features and fits greatly in many diversified positive & negative roles like T ... she looks super pretty in glam avatar.

Tara better stick to singing & modelling

she is a typical stiff wooden performer with very thin chances of improvement in future.

The only reason why Alia had some kind of appeal was b.c kjo was directing her and made her present anywhere and everywhere. Nothing cute about her back then except she looked like a teen and young kids finally had an actress who they could look up to. nothing less about tara/sara's appeal in comparison to her imo. In fact, I would say Sara is more popular than alia was when she started.

Shraddha became a hit b.c of aashiqui's success and the way the movie presented her. But initially she did a movie called luv ka the end/ teen patti and no one noticed her.

ignored toh ignored..she is an outsider to kya hua.she neither has the spunk/coolness like ananya or brains like sara..

I remember there was some scandal about Kat's pics in a swimsuit, Fatima SanaSheik's swimsuit pics... so how could it benefit Tara?

And also I don't see a lot of 'swimsuit' stuff around in Indian magazines ( that I saw). Do you mean that there's some sort of 'underground' fanbase that she could build .. people that would go see her movies because they find her sexy? And that she can get BO success from that and then get better roles because she has Bo success?
