Tara is making her Bollywood debut in SOTY2 not her acting debut. She's been in the business for a while as a child artist. So I'm sure the offices of big producers have been aware of her for a while.

People have a problem when projects get created for Alia Bhatt despite her being annoying...people have a problem when Sara Ali Khan asks for work...people also have a problem when Ananya gets movies only cuz shes someones daughter

Also Tara is far from bland! The girl is all spark and oomph. Her choices in films seem to be terrible though
