Yes, she is the one with sense and there so many that are senseless. The math just doesn't work.

Well, she was trying to be funny.. I mean, she did follow that with "I don't know what dating means"

I don't know if naive is the word to describe all parts of personality but she used to give me that sheltered vibe a lot more than khushi or her other cousin sisters even when she was 15-16 and khushi was a kid.

Sure, she might be playing up that part of her now, but it is similar to how lot of others do - like Parineeti's earthiness, Alia's childish vibe and Ranveer's eccentricities. They are slight exaggerations but not completely untrue.

^ Regarding energy, I always wonder why does Janhvi lack energy? Like even offscreen while walking or talking, it feels like just give her a bed and she will fall asleep. That too even after being spotted out of th gym on a daily basis. 😆

Ikr!! Rhea and janhvi are on the opp ends of the liveliness spectrum.😆 I wonder if I am giving him more credit here, but Karan definitely mentors better than Adi C. I mean, have you noticed he has refrained from giving her anything on the lines of humpty Sharma .. for her next 2-3 films?? No chirpy stuff.. All roles that can allow her to go for brooding expressions.

it works, people in this forum started crying that Zeeshan was beint made scape goat of Zero's failure, because someone posted a freaking meme.

This forum severely lacks sense of humor and common sense, yes there I said it and I don't regret it.

That was a better and more obvious joke. Since people are well aware of his life. Someone who is new and relatively unknown like Jahnvi says something similar and people are left with questions.

A joke is only a good one when it is received well. If people are confused about your intent than its obviously the joke maker's fault. Good humor takes intellect and requires thinking on your feet. I don'tthink Janhvi did well in any stretch.

Don't know why but I somehow don't find any pretence in the way she is like people here in the forum claim. Firstly because that leads to a boring personality and people these days want only bubbliness and liveliness in offscreen interviews so no one is going to purposely put on a boring personality and cut off all sorts of connections with the audience. Look how much people are loving Sara now. She has that liveliness in her which is attracting people to the extent that now Janhvi is a 'bimbo' when I've never heard a single dumb thing said by her in any interview. 😆 I think both of them are really mature in their interviews but have completely different personalities.

I feel Janhvi is genuinely sheltered and very quiet like her mom. Like even in the BTS vids Rhea shares of family events, it is always Khushi who is always excited for the camera while Janhvi is somewhere in the background talking to someone. I remember during Dhadak promotions or KWK, that slight irritation would show on her face when Ishaan or Arjun would get really excited while answering something.😆

But yeah, somehow like I mentioned, it looks like she lacks the energy or the motivation and it looks like she is perpetually sad offscreen. I am interested to see how she becomes as time passes and she does a few films. I'll still give her the benefit of what she has gone through this year because I think it will take time to heal. I mean people who are like 60 have tough time getting over the loss of a parent and she is toh just 21. And that too,she lost her closest family member because as far as I remember, I've only heard Sridevi talk about Janhvi in most of her interviews since a long time and how close they are and how she is not worried about Khush i because she can manage on her own but Janhvi needs her and is just a carbon copy of how she was as a kid. So I think it's okay if she is a little off and looks sad or lost offscreen and in interviews because we really don't know how she is coping up with her loss personally or what is going on in her mind.

The only time she will not get this benefit is if she underperforms onscreen despite getting these oppurtunities. So I'd rather see her having a boring persona offscreen but do really good work onscreen like her mom than the opposite.

^ I agree with the latter part. Sridevi lit the screen. I was watching Chandini and literally she overshadows every single character in that film. She has that power. I also feel like Jhanvi has that power, but she's just not using it. When I saw Dhadhak, she was definitely a breath of fresh air, however, Sara's personality and the type of film she's doing matches too much with her personality and might end up biting her. Jhanvi plays these gloomy characters and they seem to work well with her. I definitely don't think she's dumb. Naive maybe, but she's been coached by people around her.

@bold:shame on you for reading anything written by that piece of crap 😆.

My mistake. I didnt watch the full episodes but just few clips and thought maybe she is trying to portray herself naive. She wasnt, but she was just trying to refrain from answer those questions.
