Sonakshi Sinha made her Bollywood debut
in Dabangg opposite Salman Khan. The
actress who played Khan's love interest in
both Dabangg and Dabangg 2 is all set to
perform some high octane action
sequences in the third part of the franchise.
Salman Khan's latest release Tiger Zinda Hai
saw Katrina Kaif doing some power-packed
action in the film which had the audiences
praising Kaif for the same. Well with the
latest update on Dabangg 3, looks like Sona
is taking some major inspiration from
Katrina and wants to make sure that she
impresses the fans with her performance in
the film. Sonakshi, we hear trained hard for
her action sequences in her last film, Akira
and wants to make best use of it in her
next with Dabangg Khan.
All this while, speculations of Sonakshi not
being a part of Dabangg 3 were also
surfacing the internet. Hence, bringing an
end to all such rumours, she recently
clarified saying, "Dabangg 3 is happening
next year, and I am definitely in it,
A source close to the makers of the film told
a leading daily, "Sonakshi is very keen on
contributing a little more than what she has
already done in earlier instalments. Also,
she's looking a lot leaner and fitter than she
did a few years ago. Her action in Akira was
appreciated, but the collections were not as
good. So, Sona wants to do action in a film
that will surely be watched. And what better
than a Salman Khan movie, where she also
plays a prime role?
Speaking about her role in Dabangg,
Sonakshi had earlier told a leading daily, "I
am grateful to him for showing me the path
and whatever I am today is because of
Dabangg and because of the faith he
showed in me. Rajjo (her character from
the movie) will always be part of Dabangg
even if it means somewhere in the
background (I will do it),
As per the reports, the film will go on the
