Mahesh Bhatt to make his acting debut as a monk in Siddhartha!

Bollywood's prominent film director, producer and screenwriter Mahesh Bhatt has done it all! Now we have heard that the veteran filmmaker is all set to turn actor in debutante director Mukul Misra's film Siddhartha.

Apparently, the film which is being produced by Prabhat Pandey will see Mahesh Bhatt as a Buddhist monk, while Shivam Bhargav will play the title role and Shazahn Padamsee his love interest. The role of Bhatt seems more like a cameo but is said to be an integral part of the film, considering that it is Bhatt's character that helps Shivam on his journey.

Bhatt is expected to leave for Manali on March 5, for a 10 day shoot.
