Geet was in a white Anarkali, with slight golden touch here and there….and it had golden border at bottom and sleeves with white ciphone duppata again with golden border…. Her hair were loose… and she was doing her earings when Annie called her "Bhabhi… come to haal immediately"

 

Annie ran down and Geet walked down the hall trying to put on the other earring which was not happening as she was walking fast….she was looking down concentrating on her earrings and suddenly she crashed to Maan and her head on his chest and earring fell down… She looked at him, felt shy and the "yeh lo gira diya naa… saari mehnat barbad kerdi meri…"

 

Maan bent down and picked the earring "law me pehna doon…" she shied, smiled and moved her hair back and gave her ear to him… Maan was there and Geet could not help concentrating just on him…. His closeness and his touch… "Done…."

 

It suddenly stricked to Geet that Maan had gone to receive the guests…

 

Vinod and family had just stopped where they were…. Seeing the interaction between Maan and Geet….

 

They could not believe it was Maan and Geet's innocence just held them there… they were enjoying the couple…

 

"Maan who aapke guest… nahi aaye"

 

Maan held her shoulder and turned her to everyone…. She felt embarrassed, all new faces looking at her and her encounter with Maan…

 

They all laughed…. Vinod was more than happy… to see his sister so innocent, sweet, beautiful and so much in love with Maan and Maan loved her so much… his happiness knew no bound but he controled… Manyata knew how he was feeling

 

Maan:"Abb aaplog ispe kyun hass rahen hai…. it's not her fault… who jab main aas pass hota hoon to becharee ka aisa hee haal hota hai…"

 

Geet:"Nahi…who.. main"

 

By that time Dadima, Viccky and Annie entered too and everyone took her blessings and Annie and Vikky also took the blessings

 

Dadima:"Geet take blessings beta…"

 

Geet bent and took the blessings and when she came to Vinod and was about to bend he could not hold himself….

 

"Aaoo mere paas aaoo… " he kept his hand on her head kind of lovingly stroking it….

 

"Bohut bohut khush rahoo.. khushiya tumhare daman chumen….." Geet was surprised by the love in his eyes…. Maybe Maan said true, Maan and he shared very strong bond and that's why he is showering his love to her…

 

Dadima got tears in her eyes seeing Vinod's condition… she turned other side….

 

Dadima asked servants to take everyone's luggage to the proper rooms and she asked everyone to rest and they would meet at breakfast…. Vinod didn't want to move, Dadima came from behind

 

Dadima: "koi bhi kadam uthane se pehle halat ko jaan lena Vinod…. Tumharee samjhdaree pe hame bharosa hai… jazbaat me aa ker koi aisa kamm mat kerna jiska anjam"

 

Vinod: "Main samajh raha hoon Dadima… I will be carefull"

 

They met at Breakfast… Geet sat beside Maan…

 

Maan was busy with Sanjana, they were best friends and enemies… Sanjana being an yr younger than Maan.

 

Maan: "Waise Sanjuuu… I really feel sorry for Rahul.. bechara kahan phas gaya…."

 

Sanjana: "Shut up you Maanuuu….. you are jealous of Rahul, he has got a beauty queen… Rahul kuch bolo na…"

 

Rahul prefered to be quite… it's always better to be away from their fight….

 

Maan:"haan jealous my foot… meri Geet ko dekha hai… you don't stand a chance…."

 

Geet felt embarrased, but Sanjana looked at Geet and smiled…. She didn't know but she felt like not hurting Geet at all

 

Sanjana:"Geet you don't be embarrased…. Kiske chakar me phas gayee tum… he does not deserv a sweetheart like you Baby…. Iske karname pata bhi hain tumhe…. Office tak Maan Singh Khura phir a complete spoil brat…. I am really surprised how you bear him… yuck…"

 

 

Vinod:"will you guys stop… breakfast table pe hee suru ho gaye…."

 

Sanjukta and Sanjeeve were smiling too..

 

Vinod:Inke baat choro… Geet tum apne bare me bataoo…. Aur yeh Maan pareshan to nahi kerta na tumhe"

 

Maan:"Bhai sahab aapp bhi…. Sab mere piche kyun pare hain….. chalo main accept karta hoon…. I don't deserv Geet but my luck was in favour and I got her… abb khush saab… no go and question my luck"

 

Everyone was shocked when maan accepted it…. He never would in normal case... everyone knew he was one of the most eligible bachelor and his effects

 

Sanjukta:"Geet Maan gaye tumhe… HATS OFF to you girl"

 

Vinod wanted to talk to Geet

 

Vinod:"Arre hum Geet se milne aayen hain yahan… uska haal to puche… haan Geet batau apne bare me kuch hame…. Uss nalayak ne to begana bana diya hame…."

 

Sanjana gave a winning smile to Maan

 

Dadima:"Ok we will talk after breakfast…"

 

So everyone gathered in the hall…

 

Vinod :"Haan Geet abb bolo apne bare me hame…."

 

Everyone said "yes, yes"

 

Maan was just coming when he saw Geet little consciou and he got mischivious… he was in full mood after fight with Sanjana and all family teasing…

 

He came near Geet and casually placed a kiss on her cheek and sat on the chair near her…. Geet turned red… Maan very well knew the effect and was enjoying it

 

Dadima:"Maan… kyun pareshan ker raha hai usse…"

 

It was family for Maan but they were stranger for Geet, but Maan wanted her to feel in family and that was his way ……

 

Sanjana:"Ok Geet… so the ragging starts now…."

 

Maan immediately, it was Sanjana how was he going to stop

 

"Who is daring to rag Geet, maan ke hote hue don't even think of it…. Take your words back"

 

Sanjana:"ohh Mr. Possesive.. just shut up…. Geet pe akele tera haq nahi hai... humsab kee hai who…."

 

Rahul:"Please abb tum dono…. Kaun kahega yeh Maan Singh Khurana hai….."

 

Sanjukta:"On serious note Geet bataoo na hume kuch"

 

Geet:"I am from Hoshiyarpur, My Baba Chaudary Brij Singh is a village panchayat and Maa ghar dekhtee hai… kabhi kabhi khet bhi jaatee hain, we are four children, and I have two brothers and one sister…. Tejji Veerji is elder, then me then luccky veerji and then Nadini…."

 

Vinod's heart skipped a beat when he heard about Brother and sister…… they were no where there... his sister; a Handa was brought up in a Village… kaise gujree hoogee iske jindagee… does she even know she is not their child

 

Sanjukta:"Aarre phir tum Geet Handa kaise ho gayee…."

 

Before Geet could say anything Maan said "Sirf Surname rishta nahi banata….yeh Chaudary brij singh ke beti hai"

 

The way Maan said it Sanjukta felt she asked a wrong question.

 

The anger in Maan's voice surprised Vinod… he realised things are not going to be that easy….

 

Only then Geet's phone raang "Baba…." Her face glowed , she wanted to run away to talk but she hesitated to leave

 

Maan:"jaoo…. Waise bhi abb tumhara dhyan wahin laga rahega… I know that…"

 

Geet:"Jaaoon…" she got excited…. Maan nooded and Geet just ran away

 

Seeing Geet's excitement, Vinod got more confused a how to proceed…. Geet was so bonded with entirely different family… Father, mother brothers and sister and Maan very possesive about her family….
