Part 30

Maan was trying to keep patience but being a human was loosing it badly today' he just did not want to do anything infront of Geet.

 

Maan is restless whole day that day' he does not know what to do'. She doesn't even let him know any of her reaction'. Like is she getting pissed off by his gestures or if those are somewhere affecting her'. He everyday wants to talk to her but fearing he may pain her he just keeps mum'. Whole day he tries to calm himself'. But he could not' he cannot let it go' he want her to be happy but sees no direction'. Roaming whole day in mansion restlessly' sometimes in garden, trying to get fresh air but nothing helps'

 

He is so much angry on himself'. He had destroyed Geet and their relation that she had always tried to build from so many years and he had always brutually destroyed all her efforts'.

 

It is 4 pm and he is not able to take anymore'. He goes to gym'. He starts doing his excersise' which slowly become rigrous and rigrous'. He is still restless'. He takes layer of wooden stack and break them from his hand'. The pain gives him little relief but he is still restless'. He placed  ice blocks and breaks it in one go'.. he again practices rigorously' he picks a iron chain and keeps doing stunts with it'. Flowing the heavy chain in air which also hits him here and there'. He is badly wounded' he doesn't even care'.

 

Geet is restless in the office'. His eyes today were haunting her'.she cannot concentrate in the office. She leaves the office at 5 that day. Reaches home at around 6 and don't know why rushes to her room' Maan was not there'. Offcourse he must be in the office by this time but heart is not ready to accept it' it knows somehow he is here'

 

She asks the servants.. one said he saw him in the study in morning hours, one said he saw him in the garden in afternoon'."in garden' in the afternoon???" it was ahot day'

 

She went to the garden and looked all around but could not find him'. Her heart was beating fast'. His eyes were haunting her' what was he upto' where was he'

 

She came back' dadima and Annie were out for their respective work and then someone let her know that he had seen him going toward Gym 2 hrs before'. Geet rushed to Gym'.

 

When she reached the Gym she was shocked to see the condition there' the wooden stocks broken, Water all around while Ice block was still melting' she was shocked and then her eyes went on Maan'. She could she only his wounded bare back'. He was sitting down on his knees' still' not moving'. She felt as if her heart will just come out from its place'. Whole his back had black marks of chain and some were also bleeding, her mind went out of place'. She proceeded towards him and the moment she neared him he knew it was her' he closed his eyes tight' he had not intended to let her knew his condition and he had no idea she will be back so soon'. This was early for Geet to come' he knew she will be in deep pain'. While she was procceding towards him her eyes were glued to his back'.

 

She fell on her knees, now so closely she could see his wounds were deep' tears welled up in her eyes' he knew she was just behind her' did not even dare to utter a word'..

She brought her shaking hand to touch his wound' he shivered by the touch but did not even dare to move'. He was caught'

 

How could she every time catch him'..

 

Tears just could not stop from her eyes and it flowed and at that moment she could care of nothing' all that mattered was him'. She moved her hand very softly on each marks of chain which had badly swollen his back'. She came infront' he turned his eyes to the other side not able to meet her gaze neighter was she wanting to meet his gaze' all that took her attention were his wounds'..

 

His front was not good either'. His hands were bad marks too'. swoolen and some marks were cut. She said nothing just brought his shirt and made him wear it'..

 

He did not dare to interfare' gatherd courage to speak

 

"Woo excersise kuch jyada'.." "Kamre me challen'" and she walked infront of him' he just followed her' she asked a helper to bring warm water and cottons'.

 

Servent brought the stuff and left'. She pulled a clean cotton dupatta from closet, signaled him to sit down'she opened his shirt, dipped the cotton dupatta in the warm water and softly placed it on one of his wound'. He closed his eyes

 

"Jyada garm hai??? " she asked'. He nodded for no'. at that moment he will not complain even if she placed burning hot stuff on his wounds'.

 

He knew he have to speak nothing at that moment because her anger can surface anytime and she can speak anything harsh and then will cry whole night.

 

She softly wiped his entire wound with warm water the blowed air on them with her mouth sending shivers throughout his body'. She did it all so softly as to make sure she is not giving him any pain'. Though she herself was in deep pain'.

 

She reached his front and did same but she could she that everytime she placed the warm cloth he closed his eyes'. Her pain started converting to anger'. What right does he have to make her go thru all this'.

 

"Are you satisfied now??? " she asked in anger still attending to his wound'. He kept mum'.

 

She placed the antiseptic craem on his wounds and gave him his shirt'. He obediently took it '. Her temper was really getting high now'.

 

"What do you actually want from me" he looked to other side said nothing

 

"how could I know that you will come to Gym and see me that way'.. I would have wore my shirt and you would have knwn nothing'. Yeh bolunga to bass" he thought.

 

"You can go to any extent'. Just any extent to give me pain' bring tears in my eyes and accept that I am in pain'."

 

He still kept mum

 

"abb kya samjhaoon isse'. Abhi kuch bhu bolna bekar hai'. Sunegee he nahi and upper se she will say something and regret later" he again thought.

 

She joined her hand infront of him'. "Ok I accept'. I get pain seeing you like this' bass abb band kijiye yeh sab'. You win and I loose" she spoke helplessly' seeing no way her misery is stopping.

 

"I have already lost to you'. Abb kya win kerna'" he was somewhere relieved, at least her one and half month maun vrat was broken'.

 

She brought pain killer and placed her both hands infront of him'. One hand having medicine and other glass of water'

 

"I am Ok'." Came out of his mouth'.. She got frustrated and sat on the bed but before she could say anything he quickly took the medicine and water glass from her hand and swalloed it.

 

She left the room'. Seeing him like this her pain and anger were just surfacing.

 

Maan shied "Itne din ka mehnat, ek jhatke me khatam'."

 

When she came back in the room he was in deep sleep'. She covered him with blanket and sat beside him'. Wondering what was happening and were they both were heading'. She did not know what he was trying to do nor did she have any idea of what she was doing'. Everything was just so confusing in their life'.  She now did not know if what she was doing was right or not'. She was never clear of his ideas but today she was also worried about her act'.

 

She saw him sleeping peacefully but realized how much pain he have given himself'. Her hand automatically reached his hair and caressed it' she shied' he smiled in sleep.
