STORY SO FAR

Asad, the most successful lawyer has as encounter with a child of barely 5 years who asks him to help his mother. Asad takes it as a prank and yells at the child. Guilty takes a trip and Asad finds the child ill locked up in his office. He takes care of him and asks his sources to know who his mother was and what she was upto. The mother of the child turns out to be the woman who was his only friend, Zoya, during his Law School days at New York. To makes matter worse, he had actually framed her. Knowing the loopholes in the story put up, Asad bails Zoya out. The child and his mother have an emotional reunion and Asad forces Zoya to stay with him. Zoya meets Asad's housekeeper Priya and also Asad's pet Zoey the fox. The child, Azam has a blast having being pampered to no extend but his elders have a hard time trying to maintain their cool. Asad tries hard and ultimately is able to win Zoya's trust and takes out Zoya's side of the story which makes Asad blind with rage. The awkwardness among them end and Asad finally relaxes and bonds with the little child. Asad resolves to lay a trap, but it's difficult for him. Meanwhile Asad's uncle and only family Sanjay, is not surprised to find Zoya suffering from PTSD. Zoya overhears Asad and in friend-informer conversation and decides to leave. She tells Asad about her decision who gets angry and they both get into a verbal followed by a physical fight. Sanjay comes to know they are married and is enraged.

Eleven years ago in law school Asad and Zoya were involved in their usual tussle where Zoya the problem solver wanted to help Asad despite his indifference. As their classes progressed Asad and Zoya teamed up together for a sociology project- "Arranged marriage: An experience" where they pretended to be married for a week. Soon after the wedding ceremony conducted by Mr Patrick; their sociology professor, Asad and Zoya decide to live together at Zoya's place. They start video-taping their lives which so far includes cleaning Zoya's messy house, stocking up food which is not expired, sleeping arrangements, shopping, movie night and oh! Zoya getting drunk but mainly both of them trying to co-exist and survive without killing each other. And its just 2 days of marriage so far and Asad and Zoya clearly have issues with each other but they clearly have reached a level of comfort, unknown to their knowing.
