The episode commences with the doctor attending to Akshu, while Abhi continues to pray fervently. Akshu regains consciousness and notices the doctor's concern as they mention potential complications with the baby. Fearing for her child, she anxiously inquires about the baby's well-being. The doctor reassures her and advises her to stay calm. Abhi, Muskaan, and others pray for the baby's safety, while Akshu implores for her baby's protection.

As Akshu reminisces about the past, she listens intently for her baby's heartbeat, seeking assurance from the doctor. Abhi's prayers become increasingly desperate, as he pleads for the baby's safety. The doctor provides some relief by confirming the baby's stable heartbeat. Manish and the rest of the family arrive, expressing their optimism and support for the baby's arrival. Aarohi and others commend Akshu's strength, while Abhi inquires about her well-being.

Akshu, concerned about the whereabouts of Suwarna, Dadi, and Kairav, learns that the children are playing, and the elders are praying for her. She acknowledges the role of Dadi's prayers in her safety. Abhi returns to her side, and their joyful reunion is accompanied by a heartfelt hug.

Aarohi suggests they leave Akshu in Abhi's care, while Akshu insists that Manjiri didn't push her, and the incident was an accident. Despite her protestations, her family encourages her to rest. Abhi remains concerned, suspecting that Akshu is trying to protect Manjiri.Meanwhile, Abhir and Ruhi wait for Abhi, but Manjiri arrives unexpectedly, apologizing for her actions. Abhi expresses his disappointment and prepares to leave, with Parth supporting him. Mahima eventually convinces him to stay. Akshu arrives at the hospital to meet Abhi, who appears worried about the added stress he might bring to her.
