Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira learns the truth about Shivani being Armaan's biological mother

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, an elderly woman struggles to recall Shivani's son. Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) informs her that the house is not Shivani's and that she is staying here with Madhav. The elderly woman apologises for her misunderstanding and departs. Madhav questions Abhira about the registration, and in return, Abhira inquires about Shivani, but Madhav avoids the topic. Armaan (Rohit Purohit) believes that everyone should partake in the Sawan Milini ritual and insists that Abhira should join in. He arranges a swing for her, and Abhira finds an old painting of Shivani and her son. Armaan notices Abhira examining it closely while she senses his presence.

Sanjay declares that the Poddars will not celebrate Sawan, but Manisha counters that Kaveri has been instructed to celebrate. She tasks Aryan with making the preparations. Sanjay and Manoj worry about societal judgment, but Kaveri is determined to celebrate Sawan and instructs Aryan to proceed. Kaveri searches for Vidya, and Manisha informs her that something is troubling Vidya.

Vidya becomes emotional, thinking that Madhav has returned to Shivani's house, and Armaan comforts her. Madhav is pleased to see the swing decorated but discovers that Abhira has destroyed it. He realises that Armaan had decorated it and mentions that Armaan must pass a love test.

Abhira learns Shivani's truth:

Armaan urges Vidya to take care of herself and gives her medicine. He feels sympathy for Vidya, noting that it's good Madhav is managing Abhira. Vidya blames herself for the situation, and Armaan admits that Madhav's absence is partly his fault. Vidya confides that Madhav has already decided he can't love her as he loved Shivani. Armaan blames himself, but Vidya tells him not to. Armaan asks if Vidya will ever forgive Madhav, but she refuses to answer. Later, Kaveri celebrates Sawan with the Poddars, and Armaan imagines Abhira dancing in a Rajasthani style, missing her presence. Madhav asks Abhira to make breakfast and is surprised by her. Kaveri discusses the Sawan ritual, and Armaan dreams of performing it with Abhira, feeling joyful. Meanwhile, Madhav reveals to Abhira that Shivani is Armaan's biological mother.
