Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhir thanks Akshara & Abhimanyu as he receives an award, misses Abhinav

The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Akshu holding a receipt and teasing Abhi about his recent purchase. She playfully remarks that he bought it on the way. Abhi admits, "Actually, I forgot." Akshu responds, "I forget things too; I'm forgetful." Abhi reassures her, saying, "You're not weak, you're the best." She counters with, "You're the best, I'm not enough." They exchange sweet words and decide to support each other. Akshu then suggests they leave, and they head to an awards ceremony.

At the awards ceremony, a lady announces that the Best Student award goes to Abhir Birla. The audience applauds enthusiastically as Abhir expresses his gratitude and dedicates the award to his late father. Abhi hands Akshu a handkerchief, and Kairav holds Muskaan's hand, leading to a touching moment. Abhir continues his speech, sharing how he overcame sadness and dedicates his success to his mom and "docman." They share a heartfelt hug, and the crowd applauds.

As they leave the ceremony, Abhi teases Akshu about her driving habits, but they all share a good laugh. Their friends Manish and Manjiri invite them to join, but Abhir decides to go with them. Akshu apologizes for accidentally calling Abhi by his first name, but he brushes it off, emphasizing their friendship and co-parenting role. They promise not to fight, and Abhir insists they come home.

However, Akshu receives a phone call that leaves her visibly distressed. Abhi inquires about the situation, and she simply says, "Come." Concerned, he looks at her.

Akshu places a trophy near Abhinav's photo and talks to him, her eyes filled with tears. Meanwhile, Abhi's family expresses their support for the change they've made to be closer to Abhir. They see this as an opportunity to bond as a family.

Later, Aarohi video calls Kairav and Akshu, and they jokingly mention Aarohi's cooking skills. Akshu warns Kairav not to trouble Aarohi, and they share a playful moment before making a long wishlist for gifts. Aarohi jokes about their frugality, and they exchange "I love you" messages for Raksha Bandhan.

Abhi suggests that Ruhi apologizes to Abhir, and Akshu highlights how supportive Ruhi has always been. Abhir decides to tie a rakhi to Ruhi as well, emphasizing their commitment to taking care of each other.

As they prepare for Raksha Bandhan, Akshu receives a troubling call about a dowry case. She shares her concerns with the family, but they offer their support. Abhi lightens the mood with a rap song and dance, but Muskaan, while looking at a rakhi, becomes emotional and talks to Abhinav's picture. She tearfully asks whom she should tie the rakhi to, and Akshu hugs her, both grieving their loss. Muskaan pleads for Abhinav to come back.

In the upcoming episode, Akshu and Aarohi perform Kairav's aarti and tie rakhi, while Abhir and Ruhi also celebrate the occasion. However, the episode takes a dark turn when goons capture Muskaan, and Akshu rushes to her rescue, with Abhi not far behind.
