Writer Raakesh Paswan overcomes his ban, turns Producer..

Acclaimed writer Raakesh Paswan is back on track after serving a ban from writing. After months of ardent struggle, the writer who has conceived developed and written shows like Hamari Devrani, Sabki Jodi Wohi Banaata Bhagyavidhaata, Shraddha has overcome his legal battle and has come out of it successfully. And the latest is that the writer will now be turning Producer, and will be developing shows for himself.

We hear that Raakesh Paswan and Director Nikhil Sinha have joined hands to produce a show for Imagine, titled 'Baba Aiso Var Dhoondo'. The show just like Raakesh's other shows Hamari Devrani and Bhagyavidhaata, will have colourful characters and will be high on emotion and drama, and will have the right mix of entertainment and comedy.

A little birdie tells us, "Vikrant Massey has been finalized to play the lead in this show. The female lead is a fresh face. Ashita Dhawan who is presently seen in Bidaai will be playing a pivotal role. Noted actors Shailesh Datar who is presently seen in Zee TV's Jhansi Ki Rani, Madhavi Gokte, Dadhi Pandey and Rakesh Srivastav will be part of the show".

When contacted, writer turned Producer Raakesh Paswan confirmed the news to TellyBuzz and said, "Yes, it is true that I have overcome my ban. I am back to work, and am producing a show for Imagine along with Nikhil Sinha. I am thankful to Imagine for giving me a chance to produce this show. I am excited and looking forward to this new challenge".

Ask him about his other plans, and he avers, "I have developed 2-3 concepts and am in talks with various other channels. As of now, I am concentrating on the launch of the Imagine show".

Ashita Dhawan confirmed that she is part of the show. "Yes, I am playing a central character in the show. I am looking forward to this new challenging role now".
