Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 9 has started on a full-fledged scale now. But for some reason, the show seems disinteresting. The new voting system has kind of backfired on the franchise. Eliminations are being leaked way before hand and the audience already knows who is getting out next. This season, the contestants are an assortment of people from different fields. The Tagline for this season 'Jhalak Is Hot' kind of contradicts the show. Let's take a look at what you can expect from the contestants this year and who we think will win this season.
Arjun Bijlani looked like a promising contestant but after a couple of performances, we are not so sure about him. He does show dedication to learning and we are pretty sure he will buck up in the upcoming episodes. We are expecting him to go to the finals!
Helly is a wonderful dancer. Her expressions and moves are on point but the only thing she lacks is showmanship. She can dance well but is unable to present it nicely. Her performances look just too plain for such a high-level competition.
Siddhant Gupta
With a 10/10 physique, Siddhant has been showing some really good skills. He is lacking perfection but is diligently doing any dance form he picks. He has a long way to go on Jhalak if he starts polishing his acts.
Shakti Arora
Shakti Arora is super sincere and has the will to learn. His first performance was just amazing but his second one was mind blowing! If shakti keeps dancing the way he does right now, He will definitely make it to the end!
Surveen looks like a promising bet. She is a bundle of unexpected surprises! The first performance was not so special but her second one was Hot Hot Hot! With a little bit of polishing and effort, Surveen can be a tough competitor to her fellow contestants!
Karishma Tanna has surely picked up some moves from her previous stint in the dance reality show Nach Baliye. Her moves are totally on point and with a little bit of finishing, we bet she can get the perfect score!
Salman is creating pure Magic on the stage of JDJ and sometimes we feel he has a very huge and an unfair advantage over the rest of the competitors. Being a choreographer and professional dancer, Salman is setting the stage on fire. We bet he is going to make it to the finals but since JDJ drama is unavoidable, we are predicting that he may leave the show halfway or will make it to the finals but not win!
Nora is a fabulous dancer. You can place a blind bet on Nora as she dances with all that she's got. Nora adds the 'Jhalak is Hot' factor to the show. And we are expecting her to make it to the end.
Shantanu is a super talented dancer who has come to bless the stage of JDJ. Being a professional dancer, even Shantanu has an upper hand in the competition. But for some reason, it looks like he won't make it to the big league. If he does, our Faith in Jhalak will be restored!
We haven mentioned only a few names, keeping in mind the contests who have already been evicted.

Shantanu is the most deserving contestant. Not only is he the first "Youth actor" to participate in Jhalak, he's also a fantastic dancer!!

if Shantanu Maheshwari doesnt win it will be very unfair. He is magical in his moves n he is very stylish, Whenever i see him dance i feel A FEATHER IS DANCING... Moreover he is very sincere in whatever he does, i wish him all the best

Keeping professional dancers against non professionals... this is what you call non dancers reality show... Only coz sidhant is not rangeela's bacha he is evicted... He is atleast better than many on JDJ rght now... if anyone have the eagle eyes to see

Shantanu Maheshwari rightfully deserves to win JDJ. He is so hardworking and versatile! Waiting to see him in the finals!

Sidhant is much better than other contestents... anyone can see this.. But still he is eliminated coz he is not colors bacha Biased rangeela playing politics Preparing an act on 2 days nd getting 26... what u think its ease
