THIS Kaleerein actress to play mother of Helly Shah in Star Plus' upcoming show Ishq Sufiyana

Star Plus is all set to bring an interesting new love story titled Ishq Sufiyana. The show is produced by Prateek Sharma under his banner LSD films. As we reported earlier, the show will feature Helly Shah and Rajveer Singh in the lead roles. Also actors like Siddhanth Vir Suryavanshi and Ram Gopal Bajaj will be seen playing important characters in the show.

The latest that we hear is, actress Vishwapreet Kaur, who is currently seen playing Guru Maa in Ishq Mein Marjawan has been roped in the show by the makers. Apparently, she will playing Helly Shah's mother in the show.

Interestingly, the show is based on the lines of  a social message and this will be the first time that Vishwapreet will be portraying a Muslim character on screen. She is known for her roles in shows like Veera, Kaleerein and Bollywood movie Manmarziyan.

According to media reports, the show has already gone on floors and the whole cast and crew will soon leave for Jaipur for an outdoor schedule.
