Tanvi Thakkar enters Palampur Express...

After the entry of Krutika Desai as Principal of the Sports Academy in Sony's Palampur Express, viewers will see Tanvi Thakkar of Pavita Rishta fame entering the show.

Tanvi Thakkar plays Rashimi, the friend of Varsha (Priya Marathe) in Pavitra Rishta.

According to our source, "Tanvi plays the daughter of the Principal Ila Singh (Krutika Desai). She is a very good runner, and loves music. She will be seen as a competitor to Pavni as the story unfolds".

Confirming her role in the show, Tanvi told Telly Buzz, "I play the role of Lavanya, who has lots of attitude. She is very good in everything; she is not only a good runner but a good dancer too. She studies in the same academy where Pavni joins, and when she notices that Pavni too is as good a runner as she is, she feels jealous of Pavni".

Tanvi's entry will be aired in Wednesday's episode. The actress who is seen playing the character of Rashmi in Pavitra Rishta adds, "In Pavitra Rishta, I am the complete opposite of what I will be playing in Palampur. I actually influence Varsha to do all the bad things, and eventually she walks out of her family and starts staying with me".
