Style Hits and Misses from Mumbai airport this week

As you all know, seeing celebrities is one of our favourite things, which also means, being a Bollywood citizen isn't exactly easy, especially owing to the style decisions that they have to make for everytime they take a flight out. Courtesy our dedicated paps camped outside Mumbai airport and us on the other end, who never misses a glimpse of Tinsel townies OOTD. Be it red-carpet, a salon visit or their next flight out the city, our style team is always watching them! And we must say the sartorial spectacle they give is anything but basic, however with comfort at the core of it. Making each travel outfit the one to watch out for.  Here's taking a look at the airport style hits and misses from the week......

Bollywood’s one and only khiladi, Akshay Kumar wore a blue astronaut suit from the brand Alpha Industries. Akki took off with his gorgeous author wifey, Twinkle Khanna. As expected, Twinkle kept it chic in a red shirt and denim. 

Priyanka Chopra travelled back home wearing a powder blue suit from Prabal Gurang and Wandler boots. 

Nora Fatehi was at her sultry best in a bodycon featuring this season’s favourite colour combination red and pink. 

Anushka Sharma rocked, Indian fashion’s most despised colour combination, yellow and black. Anushka wore a yellow bomber from Balenciaga.

Ellie Avram kept her travel comfy in a square bear tee, leggings and denim jacket. 

Pooja Hegde was in a dressy mood. She dolled up in an accordion pleated ombre dress and silver heels. This outfit definitely not the one to travel in. 

Shraddha Kapoor was feeling sporty chic. She was a hit in an Asics sweatshirt and joggers. 

Sonali Bendre kept her travel choice ethnic as well as contemporary as she wore a cotton printed suit, accompanied with a tan tote. 

Varun Dhawan made sure everyone at the airport knew of his upcoming film, Street Dancer as he wore a sweatshirt featuring the name of the film. Fun!

As expected Virat Kohli kept it casual in a black full sleeve tee, denims and cap. Simple yet suave!

Ayushman Khurrana chose a disc printed jacket and filled in the missing quirk quotient in our airport style listical today. 

Karan Johar the maximalist that he is, wore a snake printed neon green jacket, off-set with black bottoms. Like his moves, KJO was a hit this week with his travel style. 

Meet our eternal style seer, Deepika Padukone. DP served a neutral style game with that JW Anderson trench and black bottoms. 

Now meet the minimalist of Bollywood, Ranbir Kapoor keeping it understated with layered clothing, shirt, sweatshirt and jacket.
