Sonakshi Singh - Diljit Dosanjh's next, gets a final title

Sonakshi Sinha and Diljit Dosanjh will be seen in Vashu Bhagnani's next production.

Earlier the reports suggested that the film's title is "Golmaal in New York" but, as the filmmaker, Rohit Shetty's franchise also has the same name "Golmaal" the makers had to change the title from Golmaal to Gadbad, while the rest if same. As Karan will also be seen playing one of the lead roles in the film, a source told the daily, "Karan gave the makers an ultimatum. He made it clear that if they called the film Golmaal in New York, he wanted nothing to do with it. In fact, KJo said he wouldn't even come on set because he respects Rohit and didn't want to upset him at all."

Apart from Sonakshi, Diljit and Karan the film also stars Lara Dutta, Boman Irani.

The source also added, "Of course, Bhagnani too saw reason in the whole Golmaal v/s Gadbad argument and on his own opted for Gadbad."

Talking about the main pair, Diljit and Sonakshi had shared the screen space before for a song 'Move Your Lakk' from "Noor" starring Sinha and this will be the first time the duo will be seen in a full-fledged film.
